I had placed a withdrawal on the 5th of March 2026, upon waiting a few days and no sign of the funds from that withdrawal appearing in my bank account I decided to email them. They told me that I had to wait 2-10 business days which I felt that it was reasonable. Fast forward to 10 business days later and no sign of funds still, I decided to email their support line. However, it’s been 2 days since I emailed them and no replies from them still. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service as well as their withdrawal process duration. Hope you guys are able to step up your service and provide necessary assistance cheers.

Scam
They just close your account without a valid reason. When you follow up the just send ticket number. Then later send the very same message that your account was flagged. When you call in the put you on hold and never explain they just tell you write an email to trading department. Stay away from this broker people!!!!!

The identity verification process has been ignored
The identity verification process has taken far too long. The standard response time stated is 24 to 48 hours, however I have already waited one week after submitting all the required documents, and there has been no feedback or update at all.
This makes it feel as though no one is properly managing the platform, which raises serious concerns about its reliability. As a result, I will not proceed with any deposit, as this situation does not make me feel confident or secure.
If even a simple account verification process can be ignored, it raises concerns about how withdrawal requests might be handled. This is not a level of service that builds trust.
