Speedy resolution

Speedy resolution. Online support good and when the problem couldn't be resolved, was immediately scheduled for hardware replacement.

overal HFX is not a great system for… anything really

overall HFX is not a great system for the user, lots of errors and clocking in problems.
support have been polite and try to help.

website is slow and has added hours of work to my week. i personally wouldn't use and certainly not pay for, but have no choice as work have brought it in

Everyone at HFX isd always so helpful no mater what my question is or issue they deal with it staright away. Nothing is ever to much trouble for any of the team, i Dealt with Chris today and as always he was amazing.

Great Customer Service

We use HFX Imperago for our time & attendance solution. Imperago has a detailed but user friendly interface and accurate reporting. The customer service experience is excellent with understanding our requirements and prompt, helpful resolutions to any very occasional issues.

Speedy response to issue

Chris answered quickly and patiently talked us through how to check the machine. Then when we exhausted all options, put Emily in touch to sort out a new scanner.
