The reps are very responsive and willing to help you get what you need at an excellent price. The product is high quality and very well made and durable! They last a long time even in the hands of children who cart them back and forth to school every day. I have been dealing with this company for at least 10 yrs. and everything only gets better with their products. I give them 5 stars out of 5 stars, and you will never be disappointed.
