I had the same experience as many customers. Never received my orders and never got back my money.
May 23, 2022: I made my order which cost $60 in total.
Jun 20, 2022: Never received my order, so I emailed them and they said the products were in high demand.
Jul 8, 2022: Still did not receive my order so I requested a refund. They told me to initiate the refund via PayPal. I did.
Aug 1, 2022: Did not hear back from them; did not get my refund; and of course my emails were ignored afterwards.
Do not support this scam company.

I ordered christmas presents in nov ´22 but never received them. They made a mistake with sending but came up with all kinds of excuses and lies. Eventually they said I would get my money back but it´s april ´23 now and I still don´t have my money back. They don´t respond at my emails anymore. I reached out for them on instagram and warned other people. Now they blocked me. Don´t order here!! Even if it went well for you don´t support this brand again. Don´t support companies that treat customers like this. Next time it might be you as well. :-(

I read the trustpilot reviews after ordering and was worried, but was pleasantly surprised! Yes it ships from China but it's not that slow, beautifully gift wrapped, glass carefully packaged and I got two dessert forks thrown in for free!

Item is just like the photo and seems well made and robust (I ordered a glass vase that looks like a tied paper bag)

Ordered something back in August, never received the order. Company told me they didn’t even have the product in stock (yet still advertised it, and let me purchase it). I was told i would receive a refund, then they never replied to me again. Thankfully I used paypal so I could make a case through them. I tried reaching out to them on Instagram and they blocked me. Scum bags.

I have been waiting on three wedding gifts from this shop and I am so sad and embarrassed that I used this site.

This website is a scam. I ordered two cups and I never received it. I emailed them multiple times and they claimed that “the product is out of stock and it’s being remade and that takes a while.” Then they stopped responding. I asked for a refund, but they obviously won’t respond.

This website is a scam. I ordered a lamp in April and never got it, or a refund. They stopped answering when I asked for a refund.

Scam website - beware. Never received the item I ordered or the refund I requested.

Disputed the charge on my credit card and thankfully was able to get my money back that way.
