Okay here we are, I ordered only after reading multiple reviews on trust pilot and I thought it will be okay
I ordered Nintendo oled 512 gb Pokémon scarlet edition,it was for 35000,I paid 3k and placed order,after 22 days my order arrived
They had called me about non availability of scarlet edition ,I was okay but they charged me the extra amount for scarlet,they r least bothered about you.I asked on call that if u r sending normal variant,send me a cover and screen guard cus I was paying 1000rs extra,but nothing
Now I’ll tell you how I lost my 34ktotal
When I took courier order, they did not allow to open and pay policy
I paid full amount and made a detailed inboxing video
The modded switch has a fake sad card,it shows 512gb written on it, but device can locate only 50gb total space and hence not software or game is running
Please take back my order and return my money or I will go to consumer court.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE AND I FEEL LIKE CHEATED.

Never ever purchase anything from these people. I ordered a PS4, firstly they took almost 1 month to deliver the product, which is absolutely breach of their commitment to deliver within 5-7 days. I kept chasing them and they kept making false promises.

Thereafter, the product I received is absolutely pathetic. Every single game gets freezed after playing for 5 minutes. I can't play even a single game.

When I tried to get in touch with their sales support, (the number on which I was in touch and chasing them to deliver the product), I got the most coldest of replies. This guy doesn't have any responsibility towards their customers. He simply raised his hand that he can't do anything about it and asked me to speak with the after sales support.

Now, they want me to go through another ordeal with their after sales support team, they will take another month and even after that I won't have any guarantee that I will get a right product.

I really feel cheated. I will tell my horrible and pathetic experience to anyone who is willing to purchase from them.

Very bad.

The ps4 controller is so good

The ps4 controller is so good. The theme was of gta VI. Everything is available in the controller. Dualshock and touch both. Also the controller was on its best price. I am glad that i got this controller.

Worst after sale service, don't buy anything

I bought a PS4 Slim from HG World under warranty. When it stopped working, they took almost a month to provide a replacement. But even the replacement console was faulty. I informed them right away, yet they ignored all my follow-ups and never responded. This is by far the most careless and unprofessional service I’ve ever dealt with. I had planned to buy a PS5 from them, but after this experience, I’ll never buy anything from HG World again. Totally disappointing and unacceptable service.

I sold them a ps3 with a few games , got a good price and they booked the shipping and stuff but DTDC sucks so it took a very long time for the PS3 to reach them. But still very satisfied with the sell to them.

Customer service is really bad...not replying me on WhatsApp and avoiding my messages.

Send broken products to customer and then ghost them completely

I bought R46S console and the R2 switch wasn't working. They picked it up for repair but sent another broken console instead.

On this new console, it didn't hold charge, it took 12-14 hours to charge and 30mins to die, nothing like the original one I had before. Also, wifi wasn't working.

They never pick your phone or reply to whatsapp at all. It took me weeks of calling to get a hold of them for the first time but I just couldn't the second time.

This is their motto: "Send broken products to customer and then ghost them"

It took so long for them to replace the console that another console I ordered from China arrived before their replacement.

I made a youtube video so that others can stay away a few people have. I lost my money to make sure you don't yours.

My suggestion: Visit the official store of the console you're buying or even thier online store or even reputed sellers on amazon and flipkart BUT IN NO CASE BUY FROM THESE DAY LIGHT SCAMMERS. Even order it via Alibaba, that's a lot safe than these people.
