The loo seat arrived safe and sound within the delivery day spectrum. The best bit is that it fitted easily and is very comfortable. More than the wooden seat it is clipped onto. Might leave it on!!!

Easy to order and arrived very quickly

This is a very useful piece of kit. It took me a few attempts to master the use of this but now I have done I get it right every time. Very good and good value too.

I ordered a Sock Assist Kit on the 15th March. I wasn’t informed of dispatch or delivery date. I sent several emails to the company to find out 2 weeks later it was at the post office. I had to order from another company since my Mum needed this kit ASAP following a total hip replacement. It came within 48hrs. Therefore l wish to return the SAK to the Helping Hand Company and would like a refund. I have sent several emails but have received no response. I am very disappointed and wouldn’t use this company again.

I have bought these reachers before (from Cosyfeet of Street, Somerset) but having worn two of them out,(after some 10-12 years constant use) I decided to buy 2 replacements which I have received and are completely happy with, to the fact that today (02/04/2024)I have ordered 2 more of the same product. One to keep in the car, and one for the kitchen, one for the lounge and one for the bedroom. I am 78 and a type 2 Diabetes sufferer, and not as mobile as I used to be, so it is very useful to have one reacher in every room, just in case. They are absolutely useful for me, and I can recommend them to anyone else who has similar needs. I have had more than 10 years experience of usage.

I’m having health problems. And I’m going to be like this probably till I pop off. So I need a few things that is going to help me and they were very helpful and I will be getting a few more things from them soon

The goods quality if great and so is Customer Service BUT Parcel force had to make 3 attempts before they finally followed the instructions and I now have my goods 3 weeks after ordering them
