The company has been nothing a complete hoax. Have promised metal cards free for gold members and then withdrew it. Promised more cashback and changed it. When you contact them their customer service is very poor. Don't buy into it. They are useless.

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in crypto. Worst costumer service in history of mankind and terrible transparency with products. Avoid this company!!!

I am a patient person and because of that I have been patient with this platform long enough. I rarely write reviews or something obviously has to be a scam to save others from making the same mistakes.

hi.com along with all its employees and small team consists of scamming members, disrespectful scum who probably couldn't get a job anywhere else. CEOs who time and time again sink big projects and then left the sinking for.

For your own good stay away from this project. They horny your hard earned money with false promises and prospects. None of what is promised come true, in addition it is also getting worse, they do not handle your private data correctly and I do not want to know what else is not acceptable.

Currently, they are guarding against bankruptcy by blocking certain members trying to save some of their money from using it.

In addition, their social media is highly censored and can be called a dictatorship. There is no room for honesty and anything that might be detrimental to the project is labeled as FUD. Folks this is scam in its purest and most active form. They bring you in with good prospects, lock up your invested money and then nothing is fulfilled at all. It's only a matter of time before it falls. In the meantime, your deposited money will be minimized.

The support is perhaps the worst in human history. After five days of waiting, you get a crap answer, you don't get a chance to respond, and you're put back in the queue for another five days.

I was a Hi Gold member well I still am for now but got banned from all their telegram groups for voicing my frustration after hearing I will lose my membership I PAID for after 2023. I wish I never joined hi.com. They change everything whenever they want and ban so many people their account without just cause. You have no garanties. I lost $2,152.42 on membership which I assumed was a long term investment and I would not lose that membership but just get a reduced cashback after 2023. Turns out that is just another lie by that scam company hi.com. STAY CLEAR of these thieves!!

Find a nigerian prince and send him your money, same net result. Plus the prince probably deserves it more than these crooks.

Legacy users are having promises revoked and rewards slashed. New users have no incentive to join such a ridiculously overpriced platform. It's unfortunate - they overpromised, underdelivered, and are now trying to self destruct.

The key thing is you went back on promises made, multiple times.
I signed up to a service in October. You changed it a week before delivery with no option to cancel, and following user backlash you returned SOME of the perks and promised they'd be active for a year.
6 months later, with 1 day notice, you change the rules again effectively destroying the product and making it unusable for most.

In industry, this is known as a rugpull, or as a bait-and-switch, both of which describe a scam in some form or other.

The answer of hi.com here is a shame! They better should spend time to Support!!!!

If you want to use the card you need to stake... made the stake for silver at 10k hi... managed to use the card for a few weeks before they forced every card to lock because of an exploit where people where making payments for the cashback, withdrawing it and then asking for refunds.

they said it would take 1 week to correct... toke 1 month and 1 week to come back.
then users started to get constant locks for "suspicious" behaviors...
later, top-ups because manual approval instead of automatic, cards receive double billing on some payments using curve... they say to use the card directly but there is no physical card or Gpay & ApplePay so... it´s absolutely worthless outside of online payments.
After double billing, payments take weeks to return, mine I had to ask curve to claw it back since Hi´s live support is as useful as getting slapped in the face with a brink to get a tan.
Coin keeps falling... why? because users see no value, and there isn't any, besides using it to unlock a certain Tier of the card with x% cashback, after that, it has no value whatsoever..

Also, I find it ironic that even the mods of the social part of Hi got their cards locked like the rest of us.

Hello there,

I don't usually type many reviews, except when I really am satisfied and a company that I know uses TrustPilot or when my experience is super bad.

Basically what brings me here today is to advise extreme caution when using "hi", if you're a new user looking to join the platform or if you are an user yet with an active product or card.

To begin with, I've used this card in the start when they came out, they started by working great, although a few days later me & a few other users were locked from using the whole account, we were practically banned due to "an influx of fraud" that happened with multiple accounts around the world and so they were checking it out.

We got the accounts unlocked eventually and the card took around a month & some days.

Since then, the card worked well for a few days, except when a few problems with the IBAN's, amongst other issues with their app started happening slowly, like not being able to spend in USDT/ETH/BTC suddenly.

Sometimes people also, me included would be charged double for one transaction and then we would need to wait 60+ days for the money to return, if it eventually returned at all.

Apart from that after some days, hi started massively blocking a good majority of people with active cards, me being on the first wave, when people thought this was over, they did a second batch after a week. More people, started complaining therefore. The double transactions for the active users yet, seem to be more frequent and people in reality lose their money for a good amount of time, if not at all.

When you try to look for support on their Live Chat in the app, they give you an automatic answer/copy-pasted and don't really care to solve your issue, if you're more persistent then they will try to censure you, saying they don't accept threats.

The same happens often in the Discord and Telegram, when people look for support from the team in this two platforms.

A guy from the team named "T" (Terrence) came to the chat to say that people were banned, because they were in profit, if they said they weren't, then they would be lying, which seems to be a bold statement, because then he found more reasons on why the "cards" were locked. First it was AML/KYC reasons, which didn't make any sense to people, since so many users have been locked out of the service, it couldn't be that... So they had to find more reasons.

Not to say "T" - (Terrence), also called his user-base "gold-diggers and whores", saying he'd also buy their stakes for whatever it was worth, when they joined the platform (Which of course, didn't or won't happen), but practically this because people were complaining, some people can be more chaotic/mad, but some people really had constructive feedback/criticism to provide.

The problem is "T" offended their user-base, he bas been offensive to people and they don't accept criticism. Also because I must add, when you're too much, that you end up getting in their nerves, they will ban you from their Telegram Groups to censure you, they will also remove your messages, so other people cannot see and then they will most likely call you a "liar", since it's been what this guy "T" has been frequently doing, calling everyone a liar and being super rude. If they don't ban you entirely then they will "mute you for 7 days", if you of course come back 7 days complaining, expect another 7 days timeout or the mute.

All of this seems super shady as a business.

- I must also add a very important subject that they provide services in Russia facilitating services like SWIFT, EUR, USD and transfers in and outside of Russia which is against the European & American sanctions imposed to Russia. Hi seems to be breaking a lot of rules and what I suggest is complaining in the authorities about them, since who knows? They might even probably sell their users data to shady businesses and profit out of that, considering that they are super shady at banning their users.

Also you can make a direct complaint to EEA (EU Level), Moorwand, SEC.

This surely won't end here.

If I could I would put minus 10 stars. Ridiculous company accepted kyc then after a month they said it wasn't accepted when I'd ask why it's no iban on my account. They customer service take forever to answer and they close chat without resolution. I would not trust them with my money.

Support is non-existent, they literally provide nothing helpful. Cards getting locked, team won’t help with nothing. Stay away.

They claim that refund in Hi some perks, but more than 60 days passed and I received nothing! Also They don't refund me a transaction of 81 Euro.

After more than three months I still haven't been refunded the €81. Support doesn't work, it just ignores it. If they are not compliant with European rules and if they are not in good faith, they should not be on the market.

Support is non-existent. Their "live chat" takes days to respond and if you don't get back quick enough, they close the chat.
Community chat/managers are also terrible - anything slightly critical gets your messages deleted or worse.
All of this would be fine if therre weren't so many issues to deal with, but the product just doesn't work:
- charges failing
- perks not being awarded
- awful confusing UX in the app and just a general struggle to use

I don't even know where to start. I have the worst KYC experience ever with hi.com. My proof of address document (a home internet invoice, which was accepted by many other companies, banks and authorities) is being rejected. It fulfills all requirements stated on the homepage but it still is not being accepted.
I've requested an expalanation why it is not accepted and the only replies I get are some copy and paste text blocks from the homepage.
The customer care is either not willing ar not able to help.

Initially, they took all my money from the fiat EUR account. They told me that "I was over-credited", which is not true. They did not provide any further explanation or proof. I already wrote them an e-mail again and I'm waiting for a reply and elaboration. Their community on Telegram just block you if you write something against hi dollar (but I should be unblocked after some period of time).
At the end, I contacted their banking partner Moorwand LTD and problem was solved very quickly, so now I corrected review and gave them 3 stars. All missing funds are reimbursed on EUR account, and so are funds on hi crypto wallet. They got back in touch with me and apologized. But customer service should be improved and people should be at least notified with explaination if any amount is deducted from their account which is not a fee or something like that. And not only deduct funds (by mistake in my case) without any further explaination before contacting them. So, I will give them one more opportunity, but I don't recommend transfering any higher amount of money - "once bitten, twice shy".

HI IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!! The owners of this app let everyone earn daily HI rewards from 2021-2022 and then instantly changed this TOS when users reached the 1 year period to cashout. They changed their rewards program to expire your earned HI tokens and then require you to BUY 100 HI tokens just to be able to withdraw your earnings after a year of waiting.

Another red flag is TRUST PILOT stating right on this exact page: "We’ve detected a number of fake reviews for this company and we’ve removed them.

We take the integrity of our platform very seriously, and wanted to let you know this company hasn’t been playing by the rules. When we uncover misuse, we take action and alert our community."

HI.COM is adding their own FAKE reviews. Used users to earn daily rewards and then force users to pay to withdraw those rewards. The customer service is a complete waste of your time as they don't reply to support tickets at all. It's no wonder users applied for their credit card and charged huge dollar items to the card with no intent to pay it off causing HI to pay the balance on these chargebacks. Literally HI is a complete SCAM read all of these 1 star reviews. It's a horrible app / company!!

EDIT: Hey Hi I see your reply. Did you want to disagree with the fact that this review website literally stated that you create your own reviews and were caught? Ya it literally says: "wanted to let you know this company hasn’t been playing by the rules" Maybe you should stop cheating your users and lying with your shady business practices. Your reply to my review just made you look even worse.

WARNING!!
This app will allow you to deposit funds before the KYC process has completed. If you subsequently fail KYC you will be unable to retrieve your funds. Hopefully this is just poor programming of the app rather than a scam, but either way you risk losing your money.

I only deposited a small test amount, so the losses were small. My KYC failed - the only time this has ever happened to me, so I suspect issues with their KYC system. When I emailed them it took them a month to respond. The app is now in the bin where belongs as I have wasted too much of my life on it.

Unfortunately Hi are just digging themselves into a deeper hole. If you check the responses on trustpilot, you will see they are basically slight variants on a copy and paste with no attempt to address the concerns raised by customers. I have tried emailing member support as suggested in the response and just got an automated email saying emails are only being processed for people who cant access their accounts!! Hopefully this company will at some point get its act together, but for now, I seriously suggest you give it a miss.

My account was blocked without explanation.
I have sent four emails to Hi support to find out what the problem is, but have not received a single response from them.
Think twice before you decide to use their service.

Instead of adding a reasonable message in the app, explaining there is an error and etc, there is a message that's total non sense. And this is DEV work for 5-10 minutes, which illustrates the lack of DEV time and expertise in HI.

Please share transperantly HOW MANY DEVELOPERS are actively working on this project?

Looking at the quality of the product I would conclude they are not more than 5, even 3, or 2.
