UK customers beware

(Edit: it’s the 4th Jan and my order hasn’t been dispatched yet. It’s still being packed. UK Customers purchase at your own risk!)

I was really looking forward to trying Hiccup. They boast low prices and good quality pieces - why not? Of course there’s a catch. You may find yourself in the handful of customers who don’t actually receive your order. Placed my order with all the correct info 20th Dec… I’m still waiting for my confirmation email. Customer support are poor with very little regard to whether you receive your items or not. I’m going to escalate to the co-founder, as I made a mistake ordering and now just want a refund.

Edit to response: to UK customers, the reason my order wasn’t processed at all was because they had a “technical” error and didn’t retrieve my address. I reached out asking for a confirmation email (this I am still waiting for). Delivery partners are not to blame here at all especially when I am yet to receive a simple confirmation email from Hiccup. I had to provide my address via email again to which they said they will add my address and process my order. This still hasn’t been processed? Customer service have completely ignored my enquiries but are active defending their trustpilot account and can respond here. There was not a single mention about possible delays/no communication.

It’s very strange.

After contacting the company to chase…

After contacting the company to chase up my order I am still awaiting for it to be dispatched.
Customer service is not very helpful, will have one disappointed daughter on Christmas Day 🤷🏻‍♀️😢

WOW WOW WOW ✅

Saw HiCCUP on Facebook was very reluctant to purchase anything due to the low cost of items and postage however, I wanted a full length satin skirt in brown saw it on their site could not believe the price placed the order and also ordered a top ..my title speaks volumes..they arrived today they are absolutely beautiful well made and look expensive.
Definitely will be the first site I will look on for my next purchase..quiet quick delivery too

Satin top

Just received a top. Great price and the satin type fabric is good quality, better than I expected frankly. Just what I i wanted to go under a waistcoat. Also it says it's come from Turkey, well here in next to no time....Brilliant

Purchased

Purchased, or did I?, an item on the 7th of December and it’s now the 10th. Was promised email confirmation that should be sent ‘shortly’ after purchase which is standard practice when buying on line, still don’t know if I have bought from them or not, will contact my bank and ask them to recover my money back! Extremely poor service, beware

I liked this site but bad delivery experience

I liked this site. Good quality products at reasonable price and have had good delivery experience earlier. But my latest order is still processing with no transit order tracking information, have been waiting for the order delivery but the support team is good and quick to respond to my query but still no progress on delivery or any update on the status of my order yet. Highly disappointed with the shipment process this time.

They don,t like returns ,I've tried everythig

Hiccup will not accept my order number or post code for return, keeps saying must use Latin, so take it you can't send back

Charged Twice - Poor Communication

First time using this company and was really excited to receive my items however when I made an order with this company and chose the Klarna payment option, I have now been charged twice for the same order.
I am unable to get hold of anyone at HICCUP because all the email addresses are not correct and the bot chat is USELESS. How am I able to speak to a representative of this company?
