Ordered a gift on Dec 4 for dad from daughter. It’s not Dec 29 and the gift has not yet shipped. Emailed asking for info and no reply. Just asked for a refund. Will see if I get a reply

The hoodie I received is not correct and where the embroidery is, it's puckered, meaning the shirt was not flat when it was embroidered.

The tires/wheels for the car, which were pretty important, are BLUE. Why?

This is clearly not at all what was expected. In fact everything I read I was supposed to get an email with the proof to check or "ok" my order. Which I did not even after emailing immediately after ordering.

I'm so disappointed.

After long time compare, I finally picked this out as a gift for a friend. She said she liked it very much, and found it to be a very creative gift.

Ordered a gift for Mother’s Day the beginning of May paid for the expressed shipping said I would receive it by Mother’s Day it just came in today May 31st and when I opened the box it was packaged poorly and on one of the names the paint is smudged. Tried to start a chat to resolve the problem and it just says they are offline they will email me back in within 36 hours

Very poor quality, ordered it a few weeks before mother’s day and they said it would get here in time. Did not arrive for two weeks after mother’s day. I messaged them as soon as a i ordered it to change shipping address because it was set to my old home and they said they fixed it, they did not. It was still delivered to my old house. Has scratches all over it, the lights in the wood are poorly made and attached, was coming apart when i opened the box. Very disappointed and would not recommend anyone to buy these products.
