hidden botanics has been so easy to work with throughout our entire process, from inquiry to delivery. They're quick to respond, explain things very thoroughly and are so thoughtful when sharing all of the photos as the flowers come to life. Julia styled the most beautiful Fall flowers for our October wedding and she was a joy to work with. I always looked forward to her emails! I can't recommend hidden botanics enough!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THEN HAPPILY TAKING YOUR MONEY AND THEN DELIVER ABSOLUTE RUBBISH A WEEK BEFORE YOUR WEDDING!!!! RIP OFF! DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!! Nothing like the picture they put online and they have admitted they are awful yet now ignoring and won’t give a refund or rectify!!!!!

Was not made aware at any point that because they sit in GB, there are extensive taxes to pay on top of the pricey bouquet (it was 70€ in my case for an order over 200€) and that there is a risk of it arriving weeks later than anticipated due to Customs. Flowers were meant to arrive a week before my wedding and instead arrived two weeks past - picked some roadside flowers instead on my wedding day, haha! I refused to accept the package once it finally arrived (it was two weeks late and then and I would have had to pay an additional 70€) hence it got returned. Customer service was responsive and polite but at first only offered an apology. Customer service then only wanted to refund 70% - for a package that was untouched by me. After lengthy back and forth I haggled them down a bit. Overall it was not a positive experience. I feel tricked into buying something pricey that was meant to take stress off that day and instead added stress. Safe to say my last order and would not recommend to other brides outside GB, there are better options on Etsy. Not sure it works better within GB…

Customer service was exceptional from start to finish, lots of photos sent to make sure I was happy with how my custom bouquets were coming along. All the pieces exceeded the vision I had in my head for my wedding flowers and they couldn’t have been more perfect! Everything arrived in plenty of time and now have the prettiest bouquet of dried flowers to keep forever

I got my wedding flowers from Hidden Botanics - my bouquet, 4 bridesmaids bouquets, 7 boutonnieres and loose stems to put in vases. The customer service was excellent, I ordered in February for my wedding in October and they offered to send the flowers out closer to the time so I did not have to store them at home. I also asked for a small change to the bridesmaids bouquets and this was catered for.
A couple of months after ordering I wanted to add 2 boutonnieres and when I emailed to do so I got a quick response and there were no issues.

The flowers arrived by next day delivery and were well packaged and nothing was damaged. The colours are as vibrant as the photos on the website.

Only thing is I would have liked to have seen photographs of the flowers before they were shipped off but I'm sure if I pushed for this it would have been provided.

My overall experience with Hidden Botanics was excellent, I would use them again and I can't wait to show off my bouquet on my wedding day!

This company lies, steals, and scams. They have no compassion. My wedding was cancelled over a year in advance and they refused to refund my order, which had been placed less than 24 hours prior. I tried to dispute and lost. They offered store credit, but they keep changing the point in time in which that store credit will be available. I've now heard 30, 60, 90, and 120 days from the closure of the dispute. They have also implied that they will not be able to provide a store credit at all, and will instead be sending me my original order at the original scheduled time. That will be a cruel reminder of the wedding I was supposed to have. They have also blocked me on social media. Do not give this company your time or money.

I used the bouquets for my wedding and they were absolutely beautiful!! They truly brought my summer wedding vision to life. Thank you Hidden Botanics!!

Do not buy! Weddings are stressful enough to organise without ordering from HB and it being so much worse. Quality is awful, they looks like brown/grey shrivelled flowers (kudos to their website photographer though), there is alot more "filler" than in the photos, clumsily put together, a monumental "re-stocking" fee of 30% meaning that returning them is not a financially viable option. But the worst is their customer service, they basically ignore you, don't really care about their products being poor quality, don't want to resolve the issues. But essentially to get a reply you have to call and email 4-5 times each time. It is hard work, bad quality, bad customer service. Do yourself a favour and spend the extra £150 on real flowers.

i loved how my flowers turned out in pictures! my bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets came out very close to how they were pictured in the preview that was sent to me. i live in the US and i will say the one thing i wish i could change was how the flowers were packaged. the box came in smashed and the flowers needed a little sprucing up as they had gotten a little flattened in the shipping process. for what i paid, i think the arrangements turned out beautifully and the customer service was also great and responsive! thank you :)

Do not waste your money on this joke of a dried wedding florist.
They are not interested in satisfying the customers for completely ruining your wedding flowers.
I spent over £1000 for flowers to turn up damaged, covered in glue, covered in mould, covered in orange spots.
They took the flowers back to “redo” but sent the exact same flowers back.
Emails upon emails ignored and after finally accepting the 25% refund that was still unacceptable, they are refusing to reply.
They don’t take responsibility for their mistakes and don’t care about their reputation. They just take your money and run.
Thanks to them I had no flowers on my wedding day.

I was about to put in my £600+ order in with Hidden Botanics but luckily decided to quickly search for some external reviews (not just the ones they put on their website) and so glad I did.
I was really put off by what I read so put in a trial order of one small bouquet. This arrived late and when I opened the box had a really horrid smell. The flowers, although are okay, they are nothing like the website. It contains lots of cabbage like plants and one rose - not at all the combination or balance shown in the pictures on the site. If this had been my full wedding order I would have been really upset!
I have reported this to Hidden Botanics but after submitting my issues with heavy details the response was ‘please let us know the issues with your order’ so have given up pursuing a refund as from reading reviews they don’t do this anyway!
Please please please order a trial before putting in a large order. I now have time to find a florist to do real flowers and although this is about £300 more expensive, it is worth not having the worry of wondering what will turn up from Hidden Botanics!

Thank you for supplying such beautiful dried flowers for my wedding! The bundle feature made it so easy to order all the bouquets, button holes and table decorations in the same style! I also added the free loose stems to the cake stand and for the flower girls hair! I got so many compliments on them and love that they can now be kept as keepsakes!

Ordered my bridal and 3 bridesmaid bouquets from here for my wedding in October. Great customer service from them when I needed to ask questions etc and when my bouquets arrived I was so so happy with them. Honestly can't wait for my big day and for everyone to see them. Not sure why they've had some bad reviews as I think the flowers are stunning and would order from them again!

Beautiful head pieces for our flower girls, exactly as the photos! We travelled to Costa Rica from and they held perfectly the whole way :-)

As soon as I got engaged, I decided I wanted my wedding flowers from Hidden Botanics. I’d followed them for a while & their socials looked incredible. So imagine my disdain after spending £325 with this company for my wedding flowers & receiving the most laughable bouquets I have ever seen. Their customer service is amazing, and I received a new bridal bouquet within a few days - however this was still terrible. The artificial flowers were fraying, the dried stems were snapping & falling apart, and they looked nothing like the flowers I ordered. Customer service have since refunded me, but not before taking £100 off my initial order as a ‘re-stocking’ fee. These flowers look like they’re from Shein, so I doubt there was £100 worth of flowers at all. Also, why should a customer have to cover this when they sent out shambolic displays? I didn’t get what I ordered, now I’m £100 down for absolutely no reason. Currently feeling like I’ve been robbed by a sham company.

The flowers were okay. Didn’t really look like the pictures and some of the white flowers looked to have been preserved with white paint which looked bad. They sent me some other flowers instead though which was good. Did have to bulk them out with other flowers but looked nice in the end.

If I could give more stars I would! I am amazed by the work these women do! They took my vision and brought it to life! Such beautiful work. I cannot thank them enough!

Amazing! The HB team, Georgia specifically, helped my wedding floral designs come to life flawlessly. She was very responsive via email and always asked for my design inputs as we were going through the bespoke wedding order ideas for my wedding day. The shipping process was quick and I received my wedding florals about 30-35 days before the wedding which I loved! I was able to mockup the designs that I wanted with the florals already with me and they looked absolutely stunning the day of. So happy I went with HB for florals!!

I ordered a boutonnière just to check the quality as the reviews were so mixed but glad I did. Item arrived - poor quality, not well put together, quite flimsy and left with stringy bits of glue. It was not as described. I ordered burgundy red and peach but received poppy red. I messaged them ref return but no response.

I had a wonderful experience using Hidden Botanics for my tiny wedding. I wanted a bouquet, hair comb and buttonhole and was thrilled that HBW could cater such a small order as many wedding vendors can’t. Georgia was the designer for my custom pieces and she was brilliant, I sent her a few pictures (dress, venue, a couple of bouquets I liked on Pinterest) and she designed a beautiful arrangement that fit the palette perfectly! I was also concerned as a disabled bride that I would find it tiring to hold onto the bouquet for so long, and Georgia designed the shape so I could hold it closer to me and rest it in my arm, which made it much more comfortable on the day. For any brides feeling a bit squeamish about the cost of wedding flowers (financial and environmental!), or searching for florals for their tiny wedding that are still bespoke, HBW are meeting that need perfectly!
