Beautiful gift for my Mam for Christmas - only let down was that the tracking website was foreign, when I emailed the company they where amazing coming back to me and issued me a Royal Mail tracking code. Would defo order again/recommend.

I notice a lot of bad reviews on here but I'm fortunate enough that I did get the Christmas delivery that was stated to me. I ordered at the beginning of December and had the necklace 2-3 weeks later. The tracking details they sent me were in Chinese so I couldn't read it and it confirmed that these items do come from abroad but it did arrive on time and the quality of the necklace and picture inside is very good.

Excellent service, arrived sooner than I thought and beautiful gift for my mum for Christmas with a sentimental photo in the jewellery.

I ordered the moon shaped necklace of my daughter and her partner as an anniversary present it was absolutely beautiful.. and kepted me updated with the delivery...and very helpful to ... I would recommend these pieces of jewelry as what's best to keep that special moment close to ur heart ...

I recently purchased a necklace just like the ones from Custom Items but from a different store and was out right scammed! I contacted Custom Items and pretty much straight away someone got in contact with me. I explained the situation and how upset and dubious I was and the potential length of time for delivery wasnt sugar coated but that they would try hard to get it to me asap! This was what I needed to hear so I went ahead, ordered and was not disappointed. They keep in contact and are available if you need them- friendly too!

I ordered a keyring for my partner of our three cats that have passed away a while ago, but are still in our hearts, and sent in what can only be classed as an average picture. When I opened the box the translation of my picture to a keychain was absolutely perfect. It had perfectly recorded the differences between the three cats : one was black one was white with tortoiseshell ears & tail and one was a Siamese. This was on a gold titanium key fob.
I quite honestly could not believe the level of detail on such a fine item.
I had ordered this for Christmas but had not anticipated the impact the pandemic and Christmas postage would have on delivery times. The item came on the 29th of December. My bad. The only thing I would ask the guys would be to maybe send a photograph of the actual finished item on the order confirmation or confirmation of postage, rather than a generic image.
Other than that these guys really do know what they are doing, and are simply victims of the current global situation postage wise.

Excellent! Great quality and lovely colour. Very durable, i wear it everyday and it still looks brand new. Shipping was outstanding, only took a few weeks. Love the quality on the photo, exactly what i was looking for. 10/10, would buy again. Highly recommend to someone who is looking for a keepsake, also makes a great gift.

I am reading the latest reviews and sincerely hope you are genuine people who have received items. I too thought it was a UK based company but it isn’t. I place two orders on 5th December and still waiting for my item. I have eventually had emails responded to but struggling to believe that they are true as one of the items was originally shown as being dispatched from China on the 18th December and shown sent only abroad on 27th. However when I have asked about my tracking number an email was sent with Royal Mail details stating the item was sent out on 23rd. The information provided do not match. I finally received the items after waiting for a month since placing the order. I really don’t think I would have received these items had I not chased them up more than once.

I ordered the paw print keyring for my friend with a picture of her dog in it. I was really happy with it and she loved it so much.

I must admit reading these reviews would put anyone of, but I can honestly say I have had nothing but 5star service! I emailed asking where my product was (magnifying neckless) they responded in good time, the order came the following day, I thought this was a UK based company but it’s not, after placing my order that did have me on the edge but after emailing and receiving my order was top quality. Thank you again made my mother in laws Christmas!

Fantastic product. I was a bit worried after ordering and realising this isn't a UK based company...because that is not clear on the website... and even more worried when I read the reviews on here, but I've had nothing but a really positive experience with this company. I was kept informed of tracking details and my emails for updates were responded to. Necklace arrived and was so much better than I hoped for. It was an Xmas pressie for my sister and she cried when she saw the photo in the stone and declared it was her favourite present. So I'm really pleased and would definitely use this company again. Granddaughter bought necklace for her mum! Really pleased with it as photo in memory of beloved dog! A great idea, photo is clear, can take a little bit of time to adjust to see pic but very clear when you get angle

this present was incredible. but i ordered in mid november and came just in time for christmas! i tried to email countless times and only got one reply from them. would order again, but order well in advance. my gran loved this present and will be treasured

Ordered at the beginning of December. Arrived just in time for xmas. Necklace is really lovely although the chain is very flimsy and I will be replacing. Would have liked some better communication of dispatch and delivery dates.
