Not great tbh. Firstly, delivery time was exceptionally long and it was 4 weeks late for an event. They don't put order times and when you chase, take it with a pinch of salt

Overall let down on quality of item. At first I thought it looked great but after a few wears of it the colour goes, and a few more wears the colour has totally gone and the whole bracelet fell apart.

Waste of money and wouldn't buy from projection jewels again.

Had an issue with the item and their team was very responsive and helpful with getting that issue sorted out. My girlfriend absolutely loved the bracelet I got her as well.

The worst customer service I have ever been a victim of.

Ordered bracelet two weeks prior to when I needed it. Didn’t arrive. Contacted them and they said not their fault must have got lost in the post. Sent out a replacement, arrived almost 4 weeks later.

Bracelet worn and fell off on the first day of wear as the links came apart. Luckily we found if in the house. Contacted the company who then sent an email with a video attached saying fix it yourself. Found this a very bizarre way of dealing with faulty items.

They then refused to send a new one to me as they said I had already had a second one sent, they didn’t seem to grasp that this was because they use Hermes/Evri who lost the parcel, and were saying that somehow it was my fault.

I then asked for a refund, and again using the fact the first parcel was lost offered me a 50% refund. Eventually I got a full refund but after weeks of battling.

I genuinely thought at points it was a scam, VERY poor customer service and incredibly slow to reply to emails.

As well as the terrible customer service, the actual product looked very cheap, and the photo was of poor quality and it broke on the first day of wear. Also if you have an average to small wrist size don’t bother as they are massive!

Despite knowing that the necklace will not arrive on time, I still ordered a necklace for my partner's mom a week before Christmas day, and I am satisfied with the service. I told them the Italian postal service was closed and that it would probably not arrive before we leave for Abu Dhabi, but they stood by me when it arrived just as I expected on Epiphany festival. It's such a great necklace! I gave 5 stars because everyone at home was happy and that's what matters most.

I ordered a necklace for a Christmas gift at the end of November. Even if it was delivered a week later (probably there were some delivery problems due to the holidays) I'm satisfied with their service. They supported me when I asked about the shipping problems and the necklace is awesome, a welcome and original gift. Good value for money but I would pay a little more for a faster shipping.

Ordered a pair of earrings on the 2nd of December as a Christmas gift, contacted them on the 15th to get an update,was told on the 16th that they just needed to be shipped. It is now the 29th, Christmas has come and gone. Contacted them on the 27th again for them to tell me they would look into it. Had an email on the 28th with a tracking number that stated the package was still yet to be picked up from the sender. I'm now doubtful the Christmas gift will even show up before the new year. On what planet does it take almost 2 weeks between a product being made and getting it shipped out?! To top it off the most recent email I received states my parcel was sent out "on time"

Will not order from this company again and wish I had read reviews before I had and used a different, more professional company.

EDIT: The company have since tried to flag my review as a false review, leading me to be required to prove with emails that I had in fact purchased something from them.

Personally I think this speaks volumes about the company as they reply to the "5 star reviews" (which I'm dubious as to the credibility of myself after the experience I received) but any negative ones they claim are false.

Avoid this company at all costs, do some research and find a company that are honest and reliable.

Ordered a necklace on Black Friday so took less than 3 weeks to arrive which is good regarding the current situation. The quality of the photo is perfect, cannot fault it at all. The necklace itself is beautiful, stainless steel and seems high quality. Can’t wait for my girlfriend to receive this on Christmas as I’m confident she will be as impressed as I am. I 100% recommend buying a product from these!

The actual part of the bracelet with the photo is very good, bit disappointed with the quality of the hooks either side of the photo projection and the actual bracelet part as it wasn't exactly cheap and it doesn't match the picture on the website. Based on this I don't expect the bracelet to last long if it was to be worn daily but it will be a nice gift. Delivery took 3.5 weeks from date of order, no tracking or dispatch info was received so the radio silence was a bit frustrating.

Absolutely furious!!! Placed order in October to be told it was processed and would ha e within 10 days.....still waiting and this was for a special birthday gift. I've
tried to track one order confirmation and the link is no longer. I've emailed about 5 times and still bo response

I placed the order 7 weeks ago for 4 pieces, 3 of the occasions have past.

I had to do the work myself to discover the package was lost in the mail. Projection Jewels then said they normally charge for replacements ... which I don't believe is even legal when I didn't receive the order?!

I was then promised a replacement which would be put out for delivery by the 9th November and I haven't had confirmation my order has been posted. I've contacted them but the service and communication has been unbelievably poor.

I needed a Waylon Jennings flag for a birthday present. When the flag came it had been printed in portrait and not landscape, my fault as I had not stipulated. They re-ordered another flag for me, free of charge. Excellent communication and customer service throughout. Thanks Nette, for your great support.

Customer service is non existent. Emailed 3 days ago and still had no reply. Avoid at all cost!

Ordered a custom flag as a birthday present (slightly late as we were let down by another company with a very low quality product).

These guys came through and delivered exactly what I was looking for and in time for the birthday too!

Really disappointed. Ordered a necklace for my wife’s birthday at the beginning of September and still haven’t received it. Received an email from delivery company saying parcel was damaged beyond repair- I emailed the company and they said they would pass it to their logistics team, it’s now a week on and I haven’t received any notification from them or this specific team- I just want my money back and I don’t want to have to deal with this company. Upon reading the other reviews on here I don’t expect them to reply to this as they only reply to 5 star responses… you may also see a flood of 5 star responses after my review this again from fake reviewers to bump my review down… let’s see? Just want money back and nothing to do with company

Very pleased with the caricature of my now son in law and daughters wedding. It was featured in a half size front of a fire engine and had a great response when unveiled to our guests. To be fair I was not quite happy with the first draft of caricature but Maria and her colleagues soon rectified it at my request and was very pleased with the result

Absolutely amazing! Saved the day ♥️ I had ordered a bracelet with a picture inside for my best friend’s wedding with WearFelicity (at the time I knew no other brands that did this). Then they did not only send it late but also sent me someone else’s picture in it… I was so upset. I wrote to custom items crying and begging them to make it on time if possible (the wedding was 18 days away). They were honestly amazing. Great customer service and the bracelet could not be more perfect. Truly saved the day ♥️

Ordered a chakra bracelet on 23rd August still not received as of 14th September. Was given a royal mail tracking number however this number was generated but not submitted in the system. Last 3 emails have been ignored. Looking for full refund!!!!

After a disappointing start of the wrong item been delivered, custom jewellry offered to change the item free of charge, which we very much appreciate! Lovely personalised jewellery. Delivery of 1st item took about 2wks which was fine considering there was postal delays. Thank you for all your correspondence regarding the mix up.

Great service and value. Ordered a caricature of a couple for an engagement gift for £25. Correspondance with the company was quick and effecient. Final product was great, really happy and greatful, thanks. I'll be a returning customer :)
