RAC recommended this garage THEY SHOULD NOT
RAC recommended this garage, I they took my car there on a Wednesday, said they would analyse the car and call me in a couple of days, after a week I called them, they said only the same response as the RAC technician, said they would get back to me with a price, a week later they called me with the analyst of the problem, I said this is what you told me last week, said they would call back with a price. No call.
I drove over to them as I had asked them to send me a picture of the engine as I found somebody else to fix the problem, they never sent a photo, in face they had left the car unlocked the whole time in the car parking area. He said it would be locked up and he would send an invoice by email for the time they spent on the vehicle, no email so I drove over the next day, car still unlocked.
Do not use this garage
