I started a withdrawal to a linked site to cash out my earnings, my earnings never arrived nor were they refunded into my account even after I opened a support ticket, today, four months and a week later, Hideout.tv emailed me asking me to rate the "support I received", so here's my rating: one star because this site won't allow me to give them a zero, first they stopped paying out to Freecash over a year ago and now they refuse to pay out to faucetify & ignore support tickets, it seems they aim to ONLY pay out to lootup which, surprise! Is run by the same people as hideout.tv

All these reviews on here are straight BS from dumb bookers I bet too I have used there site for 7 years and they have always paid out when I wanted to and instantly too so the other people who are saying that they are not getting paid are oviously doing something wrong with cashing out too great job hideout TV I love it to pass time when I have nothing to do at home during the day too

it really pays out fast and when you have a problem the support answeres fast and solves your problem reliable^^ that is what i have experoenced so far^^ my problem got solved in no time and now i can withdraw to faucetcrypto without any problems^^

Support told me my account is active. (For the record I don’t use vpns and in no way intentionally violated TOS) Ip seems to be flagged. Not gonna watch videos and ads for free.

Loot.tv seems better.

Was using the site for a few weeks when i decided to share my referral link with my wife. Within 1 day we were both banned. When i contacted support i was given a generic "in breach of our terms and best practices" message.

WHAT a piece of junk site they say there are ads,there where none at all on any of theres it is waste of time if you do you get 2 points for a 20 minute ad thats about 1/10 of a cent if that much.they should be shut down

Was using for 2 years watching videos and ads then all suden was getting nothing now I'm banned can't make a new account also get banned I see by the reviews now they don't care

I do not even have any of the Hideout TV sites open 24/7 and I only have one Hideout TV site up in the background while going about my day then close it when I turn off my laptop.

Also I know this is not a VPN issue because I turn it off completely when I access any get paid to sites as it may result to a temporary suspension or ban.

I have been using this website for almost three years now and this is the second time I have seen this, the first one is when I traveled to another country so I thought maybe it is because of the location, but it was not the case.

Other users had the same issue, the support will just give you a generic response of trying another device, making sure you aren't connected to a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or Other Conflicting Software or you can try revisiting the videos after 24 hours to see if you can start earning rewards again.

So 24 hours had passed and I still have that issue, time will only tell if it will work or not.

i hate saying this i really do. But this website is terrible. i spend hours of my day watching long videos with patience and in return i get nothing. The adds will never load and so i never earn any points. Of course, this seems like it happens when the website feels i have earned too many points and makes to make getting them harder for me. The website tells you that the amount of points you can earn in a day is unlimited, but it seems that every time i gather alot of points all of a sudden ads stop working. That's not a coincidence. it's a shame because when the works, it's great. The problem is it barely does. I feel sad that i'm wasting my time and I've very very frustrated because there s no other way i can earn points or earn a gift card.

I was very positive in the beginning and after approximately 1 month I earned enough points to get my reward (amazon.nl 1 euro voucher). So I decided to exchange my points because they don't offer any better exchange rate for a bigger amount. Right after I requested my tiny reward - my account was suspended! I contacted support and as usual for an american company - just received some vague autoreply with a meaning: We are always right and we can do whatever we want!".
I never used any VPN or other ways of cheating. I just watched pets videos accidently.
So I just don't recommend it or try to cash out right after you have some minimum amount to see if it is working for you or not!

At first I thought wow awesome! I earned points that I could also cash out. Then I made an account on another site that looked like a competitor to compare. I was able to create an account with the same google account and bang I got banned. When you ask support, you only get an automatically generated answer that you should have violated guidelines. I made a new account on a different device. Well, you still get a bad rating.

Why are the advertisements so looooong. And why some videos don’t have ads. The ads are at the end but when the video finishes there is no ad so I wasted my time watching and getting no points. Omg hideouttv do better.

Hide out tv bans you for multiple accounts and they expect you to have only 1 but they're on motaple platforms and they keep your earnings.total scam stay away .My accounts were fine until now . someone needs to sue them on there terms of service if they can't abide by there own rules.

Completely new account and after your watched a few videos banned.support emails are always automated response with no information. Don't waste your time, it's a scam.

4 month + banned àccount and still no actions to restore it...after à lot of mails. Hideout what are you doing seriously with yours customers ?

I've used hideout since 2020. I've been able to earn up until recent time so I'm just leaving an honest review of my experience. My account was flagged and now I'm yet another user unable to earn rewards. I used multiple devices to see if that was the issue and it wasn't so, now I'm assuming for some strange reason I got my account suspended.

It's been two weeks now, I've contacted support and barely got any help outside of what I'd already learned about the situation prior to creating a ticket. My second attempt to alert them of this issue was completely ignored.

I see these type of reviews and think maybe there's more to it than the user says and hope to never find myself dealing with the problem but here we are. If for nothing else I can say I'm still lost on exactly what I did to get my account blocked.

At this point I think it's fair to say they're handling the situation very poorly and it's looking like my account will be ineligible for earning rewards until further notice.

Update: As of 12/10/22 my account is now allowed to earn again, we'll see how long it takes before this happens again. Hopefully it doesn't or I don't end up getting banned if there's a next time. I still don't know what I did in the first place to have my account suspended for so long.

hideout tv sucks, you cant even earn points anymore because of ip address and they ban my account, i say move to loot tv
