I requested for canceling order, and didn’t get any response from last Tuesday.

Do NOT order from HiDream. I placed an order in early February for cat recovery suits. The shipping window came and went with no communication. I reached out numerous times, through multiple contact methods, about the status of my order and eventually to request a cancellation and refund. I received absolutely no response. What a scam.

Love the harness. Don't want the leash. Why included?

I ordered a harness, but it never arrived. Noone responded to my email after I reached out to demand a full refund. No accountability. Very disappointed.

My ordered items were delivered quickly and the onesie is perfect for my family cat who need her stomach covered after surgery. It fits around her legs with a velcro strap on the top. The cat found her own way to wear the suit.

The only issue was the lack of customer service, however I'm just glad the items arrived. Thank you, Hidream!

I just received the backpack. It is beautiful, spacious and resistant, as shown in the photos. Kenzo is a 6 kg cat and he looked comfortable. We just have to go for a walk

First, it took about two months to get delivery, with some nonsensical holding messages/”updates” in between, ia promising compensation, which did not happen. Second, the bag PUHA SERIES FRONT CARRY PET CARRIER was displayed with a cushion which was not included. Was offered a small compensation which was not at all proportionate. Would have returned the item had it not been shipped across continents/without a smooth way to do so. Customer service appears unprofessional.

I have no way to reach you, I multiple emailed you to stop the order that this day.

I Have not yet received the bag. The delivery date has not been respected and have not yet had a solution so far.

I received the wrong print for the dog harness I purchased and very displeased.

I got a cheap collar from the store before I adopted my dog, but I wanted something better and more custom for it. This collar looks amazing on it.

I have a 5-month-old Aussie and I got the medium harness, collar, and leash for when he's fully grown. The collar seems really well-made and I think it will be super comfy. I'm really impressed with Ruffwear, the attachment rings are awesome. The harness and collar fit our needs perfectly, they're comfy for my dog and super durable!

These collars are so lightweight! They're perfect for my little dogs. I also love the separate piece specifically for tags.

We love the Front Range Dog Collar! It's super easy to put on and take off. The leash attachments is strong but doesn't bother our puppy who has never worn a collar before. This collar made the transition so easy!

I bought this carrier for travel in the car and weekend trips and it's perfect! My dog loves it.

We love this car seat bed! Our pup is often traveling sick, but this waterproof faux leather is very easy for quick cleanups. The soft padding is so comfy and he chills out instantly, which is a miracle for him. Plus, the storage pockets on the side are perfect for treats and poop bags!

My pet carrier was delayed because they were waiting on materials, but customer service was so great about it! They gave me a discount for the delay and kept me updated on the shipping. It's really great quality - nice and big, perfect for my dog. I got it for our move so she'd be comfy on the road trip!
