From quote to installation took about a month. Other providers were giving me install dates 3 or more months ahead. The package was tailored for my residence and I have no regrets. Slight issue with the 3rd party scaffolding company not coming on various stated removal dates, nothing to do with Infinity directly. Panels are working better than expected and you'll just have to be patient to get the paperwork sorted and your MPAN/DNO resolved ( again by your provider/3rd party) so you can start exporting and getting additional revenue to offset your layout. Finally, the price at the time was great , the staff at infinity were helpful, the installers were chill and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

HIES are extremely professional. No nonsense salesmanship. A bespoke solution for our circumstances and budget. Supplied the products we wanted and the installation was completed quickly, without damage or mess and in the minimum timescale. the system is already saving us 99% on our electricity bills and we are intending to convert our water central heating to their electric radiator versions in stages, Sales, installers and support service staff are well trained and experienced and do a really first class job for you. Excellent warranty on products

I found the process and installation reasonably trouble free. Benefits day 1 on taking it closer to self sufficiency.
My only ongoing issue is obtaining a Gen2 meter to allow to sell back energy to the grid…(not directly related to the installation/providers of my solution).
Overall a good deal and on budget.

they used there own installers,only a small deposit was required.this all come with long guarantee and were friendly on the phone.all done in a day ...nice

If Solar Therm was a football team then they would definitely be in the Premier league

HEIS gave piece of mind to the installation process (and beyond), and combined with my installer, all documents and updates were received in a timely fashion giving me further confidence things were being executed properly. They seem much more useful than FENSA and organisations like that in the past where guarantees seemingly meant nothing.

Professional service and no complaints

When I had my heat pump installed HIES was an added bonus I had no knowledge of. In fact if they hadn’t been so proactive I probably wouldn’t have realised they were involved at all. However it became clear they’d insured my deposit and then emailed me to say that, on completion, they offered to extend that to cover the installer going bust and prompted me to contact my installer when they hadn’t received the information they required to extend that insurance. Both surprised and very happy to have them on board

My entire experience with Octopus Energy has been a dream every member of staff I spoke and dealt with were fantastic! They are all extremely knowledgeable and helped me with all my random questions. The installation of our heat pump is an engineering work of art!

Great communication, installation and follow-up. Easy to deal with and quality work delivered.

The design and information about the solar panels and battery was informative. They answered all our questions in a clear way. The only problems we had were with scheduling as no one turned up on installation day and we were not contacted. Eventually rescheduled but in retrospect I wish we had kept phoning to check things were on track. We are happy now with the finished product and at least we could speak to someone on the phone.

From the first phone conversation,to the consultation with the person that came out to explain everything to us. Lime staff and the service was first class. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about installing a solar panel system.

The whole process was slick. Competative quote and install was flawless, really very good.

From start to finish the installation was seamless with minimal disruption. The scaffolding was up and down the same day, which was really impressive.
