Mahalo for making food safety training accessible
I am grateful to have taken this course and feel more informed about food safety and handling practices, which will help keep my family and community safer. Knowing better care standards was a helpful refresher and I learned a lot about temperature and order of operations in the kitchen and prep environments.
The cost was not a barrier for me and your site is easy to navigate. I especially liked knowing the time commitment ahead of time and ability to review.
