It took forever to be able to login…
It took forever to be able to login after numerous emails to actually get a password (my account somehow was made inactive) i have not had a de interview and they are trying to take next month's payment out. I have not received anything yet. Very frustrating

Incredibly efficient and seamless process.
A very efficient and easy system to use. The booking system was seamless, appointment logged and I received a face to face consult within the hour. Doctor was incredibly personable, discussed openly and honestly all the pros and cons; incredibly helpful and professional.
