and they automaticly renew while they are not clear about it !
and when I requested a refund while not using the credits , they did not want to refund me saying that policy only includes refunds for first payments !
their marketing strategy is a scam based strategy, infinite promotions, and unclear copywriting.

I have been using Higgsfield for some time now, and I am very impressed with the platform and the quality of its AI generation tools.

Recently, I had to contact customer support regarding a billing issue. Although resolving the situation took some time, the support team was always polite, professional, and willing to help. In the end, we were able to find a solution that worked for me.

Thank you to the Higgsfield team for treating customers with respect and for providing professional support. I wish the platform continued growth and many exciting new features in the future.

Started using Higgsfield about two weeks ago to produce an animated 3D series — keyframes, character-consistent video generation, voiceovers, all in one place. The range of models (Nano Banana Pro for stills, Seedance for motion, plus TTS) covers most of an animation pipeline, and the Reference Elements feature for keeping characters visually consistent across shots has already been genuinely useful for a solo production. Credit costs on video generation add up fast, and getting prompts/inputs exactly right takes some trial and error, but the output quality for the price is solid so far, and support has been responsive when I've reached out. Good tool if you're building anything episodic where character consistency matters — still early days for me, but a strong start.

I am a regular Higgsfield user and I am getting very good results from the platform. The quality of the generated content is excellent and it has become an important part of my workflow.

However, the subscription pricing is quite expensive for me. I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider offering a lower-priced plan, additional credits, or a special discount for individual creators and freelancers.

I enjoy using Higgsfield and would like to continue my subscription, but the current pricing is difficult for my budget.

I subscribed to Higgsfield's annual Pro plan yesterday and decided to withdraw from the purchase shortly after. I requested cancellation and a full refund within the legal 7-day withdrawal period (a right granted to consumers for online purchases), but I have not received any response from support (support@higg....) so far. My usage of the platform was minimal (less than 3% of the amount paid, in credits used), which further confirms this was simply a trial. I'm disappointed by the lack of response to a legitimate, timely request. I hope Higgsfield processes the refund and improves customer service for cases like this.

Assinei o plano anual Pro da Higgsfield ontem e me arrependi da compra logo em seguida. Solicitei o cancelamento e reembolso integral dentro do prazo legal de 7 dias (direito garantido a consumidores em compras online), mas até agora não obtive resposta do suporte (support@higg...). O uso que fiz da plataforma foi mínimo (menos de 3% do valor pago em créditos), o que reforça que se tratou apenas de um teste. Fico surpresa com a falta de retorno da empresa diante de uma solicitação legítima e dentro do prazo. Espero que a Higgsfield processe o reembolso e melhore o atendimento ao cliente para casos como este.

I have known about higgsfield for awhile now and never used them. But when I saw they had seedance 2.0 I figured I’d sign up and try it out. I haven’t looked back since. Super easy to use. And videos come out great. I will probably upgrade my subscription soon.

Excellent product with a top-class support team. They are responsive, patient, and went the extra mile to help work through the hiccups I sought their assistance with. A well-earned 5 stars!

high credit usage, the site works really bad on mobile/ tablet. It doesn’t give you a good result, it changes the product. annoyng subscription ads

I got an email from Higgsfield AI
that I can generate multiple videos or like unlimited videos.. and it was a two day premium access but after paying it is not worth it there is only 40 credits and trust me, the video will not be generated I will be attaching the screenshots and and also it also cannot make generate the image as well literally. You cannot do anything after paying the premium pass its just waste of money and a particular scam/

I love that tool, but due to the huge amount of elements sometimes it is hard to navigate.

Im shoe designer so Im using the higsfield for make some pre presentation with our products. higsfield screen is very nice for designers. Its very comfortable and easy to use. Im making fashion looks with our products. Then I m making mood videos for our company. Im very happy to meet with higsfield.

They shadily billed me for yearly at checkout even though i had clicked on the monthly plan. Now they are delaying a refund sending me automated loops due to 'high volume of enquiries'.
Apparently this is a known trick to keep you in a holding pattern until the 7 day refund window is closed then - no refund!
And the app is shit, hard to use, runs out of credits real quick.

This is an awesome experience like none other with regards to marketing content that stands out to get the advertising message across to your audience to give you high turn around for purchases

Customer support is pretty good, must say. I didn't want a product, it was unused and I requested a refund for it... no hassles.
