Great imaging and intuition

I purchased highest plan and then did a top up but now they put a moderation on seedance. No matter what I prompt, it gets flagged. Never using this site again. Trash. Trust me do not waste your credits on this

Can’t even generate on Seedance 2.0. Flags all my prompts as NSFW which were used to work before. Absolute trash company. Do not trust these paid reviews. Find a better alternative

I used Higgsfield to create MÉTRO, BOULOT, DODO, an AI short film about corporate burnout in Paris. Being able to develop characters, generate scenes and organize everything into a public project helped me take an idea much further than I could have on my own.
The visual possibilities are impressive, but making a polished film still takes considerable work. Character and prop consistency, readable screen text, natural hand movements and sound synchronization often needed several revisions. The distinction between uploading a finished film and updating the public preview could also be clearer.
Overall, it’s a powerful platform for independent creators willing to experiment and refine their work. I’d love to see stronger continuity controls and easier scene replacement as it develops.

After I made a mistake in setting up my plan.
I contacted the support team and was helped out quickly. All issues taken care of.

I was charged two different amounts for my subscription, USD 29 and USD 25, even though only one of them corresponded to the plan I purchased.

I contacted support by email to request a refund for the incorrect charge, but I never received a response.

The lack of support and the fact that the billing issue remains unresolved have made this a very disappointing experience.

There are volumes of tutorials and training materials to learn from. They have created a really great community around the art and science of AI film making. Most importantly, using this AI tool is actually really, really FUN!

I generated a very nice series with cinema studio 4.o that can be watch on my YouTube fopi productions short. If I can get more credit to do a new series 😅

Pretty easy to use overall. Though some tooltip popups or other explainers for how certain tools work would help. there is often a concern I'll use up credits without understanding what a tool does or the outcome
