My experience with Higgsfield has been awful!!
My experience with Higgsfield has been completely unacceptable.
I signed up and paid for a subscription specifically to use their AI tools for a legitimate project. Within days, I was prevented from using the service because my AI-generated content was flagged for supposedly looking too much like a real person or someone famous. If these are restrictions that can prevent paying customers from using the product, they should be made crystal clear before taking anyone's money.
After this happened, I started researching other customer experiences and found page after page of complaints describing similar problems with subscriptions, billing, refunds, and customer support. I also found numerous complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau. That made me seriously question whether the way this company treats paying customers is an isolated problem or part of a much larger pattern.
I expect a full refund. It is unacceptable to charge customers for a service they cannot reasonably use because of restrictions that are not made obvious before payment. Companies should not profit from confusing subscription practices or make it unnecessarily difficult for dissatisfied customers to recover their money.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Higgsfield to anyone. Until the company becomes transparent about its policies, improves its customer support, and treats customers fairly, I believe potential subscribers should think very carefully before giving them their money. I also believe the number of public complaints about the company's business practices deserves close attention from consumer protection authorities... Your explanation it's not but just a lie. you saw my contant how come it wasn't flagged right away? There are 100's of AI modeles. Are you flagging each on of them because they look like a human? I have carefully reviewed your response and the applicable section of your Terms of Use. While I appreciate your clarification regarding commercial usage rights, I find the licensing provisions deeply concerning.
I subscribed to Higgsfield with the understanding that I was paying to create original commercial assets for my own brand. At no point during the signup process was I clearly informed that, by using your platform, I would also be granting Higgsfield a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use my prompts and generated outputs for AI training, model development, and marketing purposes.
This is not a minor administrative provision. It is a material term that directly affects creators who invest substantial time, creativity, and money into developing original intellectual property. Such a significant licensing grant should have been presented in a clear, prominent, and unmistakable manner before I committed to your service—not buried within lengthy Terms of Use that most customers reasonably do not expect to contain provisions of this magnitude.
Over the past several months, I have invested significant time, effort, and subscription fees developing my project in good faith, believing that I was creating assets solely for my own commercial use. Had this licensing provision been clearly disclosed in a prominent manner before I subscribed, it could have materially influenced my decision to use your platform.
I respectfully disagree with the manner in which this information was disclosed. Transparency is essential when creators are being asked to grant perpetual rights to their creative work. I believe users deserve to make an informed decision before investing months of work into building original brands and intellectual property.
Accordingly, I am requesting that Higgsfield formally review my account and this matter. I also request that you explain why this material licensing provision was not presented more prominently during the signup process or before users began creating content.

Higgsfield is loaded with features and boasts an incredibly rich menu. This is its forte, but due to its complexity, it can also be problematic. Therefore, having good customer service is paramount for a company like this. I've contacted customer care several times, and they have always responded impressively. They usually reply within an hour or less and are willing to explain things in detail. In particular, Mason from the Higgsfield Team took care of my issue and provided a credit refund. All in all, my experience with them was very good.

BE CAREFUL
Be careful trusting this platform to actually make things right when their own systems fail you. A Soul Cinema bug on their end left me unable to train characters properly for days, forcing me onto Soul 2.0 instead. The result: a full batch of Seedance 2.0 generations came out looking unrealistic — a direct consequence of their bug, not my prompting.
When I asked for a refund, the answer was a wall: "completed generations are never refunded, regardless of output quality," even after admitting the bug existed. I had to push hard just to get a partial goodwill credit that didn't come close to covering what I'd actually spent on unusable output. Their own mistake, and I was the one left absorbing most of the cost.
The support agent was polite and did engage with the details, so this isn't about rudeness. It's about a policy that lets them keep your money for output that was broken because of their own platform failure, and dresses up a fraction of it as generosity. I won't be renewing. Think carefully before relying on this platform for anything business-critical.

Unlimited use passes are probably one of the best way to access large amount of generated content from any platform. Sure it takes a while to generate, but it beats spending thousands going directly to ByteDance or OpenAI directly. Their combination of tools will always live in my premium tool kit.
