i signed up for high5casino almost 2 years ago and have had nothing but a positive experience. i have won thousands of sc more then once but no one made me play it back. great support and they randomly suprise people with a pop up for free spins or coins. kudos

I have been playing at High 5 Casino for many years. I have never once won enough to make it worthwhile to make a redemption. This is after spending several thousands of dollars. Little by little, they took took and never once showed appreciation. I have gave chance after chance to change my mind. The reason I am finally reviewing them is because yesterday I gave them a try again. I spent $50 usd and played .50 every spin. I didn’t win a single penny with that $50.00. Not one cent.

They mislead people by saying they are giving you free coins to try and there deposit required. You can play the game but you can’t redeem or cash out!!! On the withdrawal page it clearly state about the $100 requirement. It doesn’t say that you can’t redeem or withdraw money without making a deposit 1st. On their other platform it does say that the deposit is nessasary but not until they have misled you 1st. Most sites let you cash out without a deposit but not with them!!

I won $200 and it appeared I would get the money but then they said they aren't going to pay and the app switched to gold coins only. They told me that I was approved, everything was verified. They just did not want to pay so they didn't.

well maybe I'm just aggravated right now cuz I just spent 30 bucks and did not win on any game besides one that's I even broke even on one spin. I have had some decent experiences but after you cash out and sometimes just because you won't hit nothing no matter what. but I have cashed out and I was pretty easy so I appreciate that but the fairness is not always there

WHat a difference a year makes. This used to be a great casino with the perfect mix of fun and entertainment to keep ya playing for hours. Whatever changed, did so for the worse. Compared to the other options out there, this one is as tight as it comes. I never seen so many dead lifeless spins before. It used to be a mix now it isnt uncommon to flush 50 to 100 buc without ever getting excited or having anything close. Too bad this used to be my favorite sweeps, now I hardly play there anymore.

Has to be around the lowest rtp out there. I certainly wouldn't spend another dime with them.

I keep getting knocked out of the app, this is almost a week 1/2. I keep trying to contact them and I have did everything they have told me to do and still it isn't working. I spend great $ so this is a big disappointment 😞

No real support. I don’t have access to the email address attached to my account and cannot change it. There aren’t actually any live support agents and so everything goes through a ticket and they reply to the account t email. I now have $500 sitting in limbo and they won’t help me.

After playing about 1 year I won a large sum of money with High 5. I tried to redeem it so they locked my account. I was not able to redeem the money but naturally I was able to gamble it. I had been spending money for almost a year which they accepted but did not pay me when I won a large amount. The had redeem small amounts in the past. This is a true story so please please consider another casino.

The another night I complained about a game I always play. It was glitching , the turns way slow , the game would blink out and the 3 pig that I had blown magically went down when I had them ready to pop. $75 dollars I lost just because of the technical issues. I report the technician tried act like it was my fault. Mowing he could review the game see was having issues. It’s crazy they can take your money but when it’s time to pay you you have to wait days. SCAM!!! I recently attempted to deposit $19.99 to access my winnings. However, my bank account shows a $20 charge processed through Coinbase at the exact same time. When I contacted High Cash Casino, they stated the charge was not from them, but the timing of the transaction coincided directly with my deposit attempt.. therefore I am now out of 20$ and they are telling me they are unsure how to resolve this issue.. SCAM!

Site is messed up. None of the games work. I live in Indiana and it says not available in your country. Apparently the United States cannot play any of their games. Funny the games run fine on the 50 other casinos I’m on and I win too. Negative stars to you and your sister site as well.

I’ve sent MULTIPLE emails to verify my account and no one has responded back to me. I put money on there and now I can’t redeem anything even though I’ve sent in all verification. I redeemed for a gift card through high 5 casino they said they approved it and sent it for redemption to prizeout and to contact prizeout I contacted prizeout they said they never got it and to contact high5 casino Neither one will give any answers. My advice is choose a different casino

I already was hesitant with the requirement to play through 2, 5 and sometimes 10 times before cashing, but I gave them a try and the pattern is the same. Win a little and the next time lose lose lose. RTP would be horrific without the two times requirement. With it, you can't even cash out with a loss. No more for me. The house already has the edge. I won't let them double that edge. MIA can forget me.

I am not able to verify my account to redeem my winnings, and every time I try it redirected me to say contact customer service, extremely frustrating and feels like I was cheated
