Ridiculous that when doing verification process 1) they don’t let you attach a photo uou must take fresh one of self and license . ( not end of world but there’s a lot of social casinos it’d be nice to just use one I just used elsewhere .

High 5 casino let's start with the good stuff. Their RTP feels pretty fair/good. I am a long time slot player (mostly online). The only reason I really gave them two stars instead of one is because they have a great game called Foxy Dynamite. It is an awesome game and I recommend it highly! Please check it out if for no other reason than to experience this game. It is definitely worth the $5 deposit to see the game in action! It's a kind of tribute to the Foxy Brown movies of the '70s! But it's hidden in the dusty corner of their game library and I've never seen it featured on the opening page sl so you will have to search it! Okay, that's about it on positive things about high five.
The reason why I don't spend as much money as I used to at H5C or even close to as much as I spend at other sites is primarily because of their VIP program. The VIP program on H5C does that thing where it's all about the money you actually deposit and is not as much about the amount of playthrough you have put in. It's very hard to keep your VIP level even when you're winning because it's all about the amount of money you spend so you will not get anywhere in their VIP levels or stay on a higher VIP level very long if you're not losing a lot of money all the time! This is basically what my experience has been. I literally was playing for about an hour one day and was winning consistently for that hour and when I was finished and had initiated my withdrawal, I had actually gone down a VIP level!!! Your daily bonus is dependent on your VIP level also. There's absolutely no good reason for my VIP level to decrease when I'm on a winning streak unless what I mentioned above is the actual case. They don't seem to offer VIP players rakeback. I feel like their VIP program is just a sorry attempt to get people to keep depositing more money without much benefit to the player.

It would be nice if instant withdrawals were not dependent on Skrill but that's not a deal breaker. They are technically running an illegal lottery because they do not credit any AMOE. The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They take 3 days to answer and then don't even bother to read the message. They give you a copy and paste cookie cutter answer and don't even bother to attempt to rectify the issue. I've been trying to redeem for a week now, and they're customer service is of no help.

As others have pointed out i use to enjoy playing at high 5, i didnt always win but they had a fairly good rtp. That was until recently about the time that high 5 got banned from california i noticed a HUGE decline in rtp to the point that i havnt been able to cash out a single time the past few months although spending around $1000. On top of all that my vip prestige level drops almost double on a daily basis & yet again in spite of the fact ive spent almost 1000 in 2 months time. them losing california with other states most likely soon following cali example high 5 is on the way out. I highly recommend staying away from high 5 casino.
