Never received my order of March 2026.
No way of contacting High Country Organics
All emails sent never responded or email rejected

Ordered and paid $A50 for products.
10 weeks ago and never received.
Order was acknowledged by High country organics.
Have tried contacting via the support email address provided but email rejected.
Impossible to contact them in anyway.

I like the product (great for feet aches and pains) but the customer service and shipping is unsatisfactory. I have given company over a week to reply to me before writing this review as I don't like writing negative reviews. No communication over 2 weeks later !!! I paid for express shipping and items were not sent express.

I have purchased High Country organics for quiet a few years now and have found their product excellent and the customer service of a very high standard.

Ordered the product over a week ago, order confirmed with message that will be notified when item is sent, have had no notification of when the item is to be sent and still have not received the item or any correspondence

Best recovery cream out there. Can't recommend it enough. For any strain, sprain and muscle soreness. 💪

The cream arrived pretty quickly.
I started to use it a couple of years ago on an old knee injury. It worked very well no relieve the muscles or whatever else it does when nothing else did. It was almost immediate relief. I am using it on the same knee now which has just had a knee replacement.
Worth the try if you are in discomfort. It is economical to use.

Best natural product for pain relief on the market no questions asked
