I love these shirts so much, it’s basically all I wear anymore. Jamie and the team are transparent and add a personal touch to every order. This is my favorite brand.
Bought "you're dead to me hoody" ... the quality of material is shocking. Really cheap. No stretch of give in material... just poor. Big shame because their designs are super. Just let down by the material of the clothing .
Great designs and lovely quality very happy folk on christmas day. Delivery did take a little while, but got an email explaining the situation and everything made it in time. When you consider it's a quality independent brand and not ASOS they will struggle with a surge in orders. Perhaps they could be a little more transparent about that upfront. Seen some of the negative reviews which are valied and I would probably feel the same if hadn't received my items. However, I did and even if it was at the eleventh hour, it does show they were working hard right up until christmas eve to get everything out, so credit where credit is due. Hopefully this helps balance out the reviews. All in all, quality Hoodies and T-Shirts.
I placed an order on the 1st of December which had still not been dispatched by the 15th, so I sent an email chasing status. I did get a response explaining that they had received more orders than expected and so there would be a delay. I replied asking if I could cancel the order as it would not be here for Christmas. Unsurprisingly I got no response to this request. The items arrived yesterday. This is my second order from the shop and the quality of the first T-shirt was excellent.
These items do not seem to be the same quality. I wonder if this has something to do with them rushing the orders out as they had more than anticipated. My first T-shirt is black and I have washed it multiple times yet it is still much darker than the new one.
It is exactly the same T-shirt, same print so surely it should be the same.
The new ones do not have the little tag at the bottom either.
I’m very disappointed but see no point in going back due to the slow customer service. I have also read other reviews stating they didn’t receive full refunds.
I understand that it is probably a small company, so not many staff but surely once the order started coming through in greater numbers than expected they should’ve put a hold on new orders to ensure the orders already received would be produced to the quality they deserve.

Excellent service. The quality of the products are excellent. I have bought a couple of items from High Dive Apparel ,for my son . He loves their clothing,especially the t shirts and hoodies.
Will not be ordering from here again. Ordering from here on the 7th December, still not received my item on the 3rd January, had no communication from this company apart from one email saying it will be late, had an email asking if im enjoyed my order without even receiving my order and have no heard back from them, not even received anything to say it has been shipped or anything... really not happy about the lack of communication from this website
Such a shame there wasn’t a limit on the items being sold on Black Friday or it would have saved this massive hole of bad taste from people ordering .
Been wearing high dive for years and it’s damn god quality , just feel it ran away from them this time , with no order limit it’s going to be messy ..
Ordered the 2nd of December and now 5 weeks on nearly and no product .
Will remember to avoid high season sales again .
Guys next time limit the stock availability on your site to reduce this kind of impact on sales and orders .

Order placed on 11th December as a Xmas present for my son. Still not arrived. Received an email a couple of days before Xmas saying that demand had overwhelmed them. Still waiting for this gift for my son so cannot comment on goods. Wasn’t told at the time of ordering that this t shirt wasn’t likely to arrive in time for Xmas. Very disappointed.

Ordered atvthe beginning of December.
Nothing arrived, finally an email sent to inform me that it wouldn't arrive till after Xmas and only an offer of an email voucher as a replacement. Sadly this was days before christmas so no chance of getting out and buying an alternative present. Was very disappointing.
Still not received after weeks of waiting
The item was ordered in first week of Dec as a Christmas gift. I asked numerous times for an update. I was told eventually it would turn up after Christmas. I asked for a refund and got £23 back rather than the full £25 for whatever reason. So this English based company are not worth using. As an aside, I received several items in time from America and China BEFORE Christmas whilst these jokers couldnt deliver from UK to UK in under 20 days. Apparently too many orders were placed and mine was being printed at some point. Won’t ever use again. Keep the £2 you forgot to send back, hopefully other potential buyers learn from my terrible experience.

I’ve just got an email asking if I enjoyed my order, however my order has not arrived. It was ordered in the Black Friday sale. I know they are struggling but I don’t want to be reminded that I STILL don’t have my order.
Ordered 29th November took nearly 4 weeks to arrive and missing item an no communication from company.

Item is good and husband is happy but the delivery was very slow. Took over 3 weeks to arrive and communication was pretty poor. Such a shame really but think it was apparent the Black Friday sale overwhelmed them. Thankfully got my husbands present JUST in time for Xmas

Put in a decent sized order during the black Friday sales - expected to wait a little while, maybe a week or so as I assumed they would be busy due to the good deals they had going on and printing to order.
However, after about 10 days I recieved a generic/mass sent email stating that orders were delayed due to the amount of orders they had coming in - understandable, within the email it was stated when to expect the order to be sent out based on when you ordered.
Unfortunately that hasn't happened and ive had no communication to say when I should expect my order.
Order was placed on 30th November its now nearly a month on and I still haven't received my items.
I'm sure once I get them, based on other reviews, the quality will be good. But basing the review solely on keeping me updated on delays and comparing to other 'print on order'/competitors i have used, its not been good.

Ordered at a busy time of year (black Friday!) and although the order took a little while to dispatch, I was kept updated and the order arrived in time for Christmas! And there were some free extras included in the parcel which was a plus
The trackies are lovely, print is high quality and my partner was very chuffed to open them :)
