Great quality T-shirts and amazingly cool designs. Got me some awesome compliments on them, and that just raised my overall confidence and ultimately, well-being. So thank you! This was not only an amazing purchase but also a little therapy. I’m a 5’6”, 165lbs woman and bought M and they fit great. I like to wear my shirts a bit roomy so curves aren’t really showing but the cool factor is on point! Will def buy again on this site.

They offer additional discount on other items when you go to check out which was a great touch! Gorgeous and high quality t shirt ordered for my husband - will be ordering again for myself.

Despite living in France, the clothes turned up in good time & the quality was excellent.

Have bought a two items from High Dive- oversized hoodie and crew jumper. Lovely fit and quality of fabric- xsmall crew jumpers are pretty fitting for a smaller lady and so love that they are unisex fitting. Thank you High Dive

I found High Dive via an IG post ... Took a chance and bought a t-shirt. WARNING! These shirts and hoodies are addictive - they feel good and look good, even after washing 100's of times.

Bought a few T-shirts from here now and they’ve all been really well made and printed perfectly! They’ve not shrunk, faded or cracked, so excellent quality as well as great designs! Will keep buying, thank you :)

Good quality clothing, good website, easy ordering process.

I've ordered a tshirt 8 full business days ago. It's been 14 days. I received an email confirming that my order had been shipped. The tracking number simply doesn't work. they have a link in their email, of course that link is broken.
On the app Shop, where you're supposed to be able to track the shipment, it says that they're still "preparing my order."...lol 14 days after the order was placed...for 1 tshirt...

The info on the website says so many contradicting things regarding shipments. "2-5 days for order processingé", "3-9 business days for EU orders". Then their confirmation email says "4-10 business days"...
What a F****** mess!

Tried to reach to High Dive twice, via email and message on the SHOP app (they use shopify). not surprisingly, no answers.

Total lack of service, like nobody's there...
don't buy there.

update: after posting a negative comment on trustpilot, I immediately received an email with the relevant tracking code and the package was delivered. so no harm done, except that due to faulty online tools and a general lack of communication, this could have been avoided and would have made the experience much much better. in the end, no harm done but I would advise Jamie and High Dive Apparel to

1. be much more clear on processing, shipping and delivery times. It's really a mess and contradicting info on site and in confirmation emails are super confusing.
2. even though everything is made on demand, almost 14 days to receive my tshirt is not acceptable when I have to pay 10EUR for shipping. that's simply too long.
3. fix the tools, so that customers have a clear view on where things stand. that would avoid so much frustration.
