Good help when needed found website a bit slow but customer care was great

I needed a van mounted lift for a job to paint gable ends of a property and came across Height For Hire. I talked to Emma G who managed the whole booking. Very smooth process for collection and returning the vehicle.
I had the Multitel HX200 and it was great. Very versatile piece of kit. I had a few user issue problems on the day, but a quick call sorted it out in minutes.
Will certainly use Height For Hire in the future.

Only thing that was wrong was email that got sent to me for handover and pick up of truck was poop nightmare to open on your phone and read it’s ok when open on laptop or computer but when your in a car park and need it on your phone it was poop

Great service and met by someone who explained all of the controls and what to do and what not to do. The only drawback is it is rather pricey.

Needed to reach gutters on commercial building 5M plus height, saw this machine parked up in B&Q Height for Hire so hired it for the weekend Friday to Monday which meant it was quiet as not work day. Pick up was easy shown how to use the machine, only issue for me no fuel and rear was damaged, so I reported this immediately via email with photos to cover myself. Ian in customer service was great would definitely hire again when needed. Mine was 74 plate almost new machine so was pleasure to use no issues.

Dave on the handover was very helpful particularly for first time user. Back up from the office was first rate. My issue was with the outreach causing the machine to cut out. Even after engineers reset, maybe the trip tolerance is too fine? I abandoned the project on the second day with this problem.

Seemless hire, easy to navigate some older folk may struggle with collection and drop off just take a Grandson haha.

The convenience of being able to collect and return the lift locally was a great benefit.
Although I didn't need it, the ability to leave your own vehicle in place of the lift, for the period of the hire could also be a very helpful.

As a first time hirer the whole experience was great. Booked online, contacted prior to collection, full demo and away.
The machine was superb. I did contact tech support who were super helpful, I had a slew restriction but me fault as one of the legs wasn’t fully extended.
Drop off was equally simply - open the original link, take pics and that’s it, simple!
