Dreadful company to deal with. The products are really poor quality and bear no resemblance to the photos on their site. I sent everything back, to China as it turns out, and months later they have still not refunded me even though the parcel was signed for on delivery. Avoid this company unless you like throwing your money away. After sales service is equally as appalling since they take days to respond and just invent excuses. Terrible, terrible terrible!

I ordered a nasa jacket they misspell nasa and other word on the jacket I also ordered a large they sent me a 2x saying in America that what a large is it way too big I emailed this company and they respond I ask about sending the jacket back they avoided that question I sent pictures with my phone and sent them my email why would a company wanna do bad business I don’t understand.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM CO. TRYING 4 MONTHS TO GET A REFUND. PHONE NUMBER DISCONNECTED!!!!

i finally got my order and i'm sooo disappointed! the fabrics are so cheap like something they use to make a Halloween Costume with! So sad that they keep ripping people off! do not buy anything from this website! their shoes have no Soles and it feels like you're walking around with heavy Socks on! CHEAP! CHEAP! MATERIALS!

They are shipping from China. The same item that will cost you on DH Gates $6 they will sell you with coupons for $36. The thing was I wanted this asap and I didnt have a problem to pay more if they ship out from their “USA warehouse”. The problem is they are ordering from DH gates, making money on too of this and you have to wait over a month to get this delivered.

Sent wrong size. Asked your me to pay for postage handling to replace. Such poor quality its not even worth the postage cost.

Very disappointed with this shop. Ordered NASA jacket for my husband as a gift to congratulation his promotion. Ordered size L, they sent me XXL. They said they won't pay back for shipping even if it's their fault. That is insane.

Do not buy from this company!!! Ordered some clothing and took 8 weeks to come from CHINA!! Looked nothing like what was advertised and was cheaply made. Ridiculous for price paid. Just another scam!!! Just threw it away, not even worth taking to Salvation Army!!!

So now they have blocked me from commenting the truth on their facebook page

I own 4 bomber jackets that I never bought from this website and when I made my first purchase I was excited when I received the item it was sooooooooo bad the size I got was XL when I ordered a M, I contacted them they said that’s there metrics for a medium it legit fits soooooo big compared for my other jackets also materials are extremely cheap compared to the price you pay you think you’d get quality it’s trash !!!! They said for me to return it for another size so meaning I have to send it there wait a month for it to arrive then wait another month for you to send the correct size you guys are so terrible

Just awful clothes ... material are rubbish - sizing is all over the place. bought four items in the same size. 1 item fits well the rest are way too small yet they are all the same size on the website.

Had to dispute with my credit card company after over a month and no response to my emails and a phone number that doesnt work. Scam company for sure

Avoid this company at all costs. Ordered a pair of shoes April 15th, 2020. It’s been sitting in customs since April 30th and hasn’t been updated since. I should’ve looked up reviews first. I didn’t know this company was selling products out of China, as their website says their product comes from Puerto Rico. False information and I’m guessing the product is going to be junk IF it ever arrives. There’s $45 out the window.

UPDATE: I requested a refund and it was denied. This company is absolute garbage.

Never buy clothing from High Entity! They not only lied of where their clothing is coming from but it looked nothing like the picture and very cheaply made! This company is not from the States but Shanghai China and will charge you in American funds. If you see this company on Facebook DO NOT BUY IT! They’re a scam company.

This website is a scam. They are liars. They will not respond to your emails. They will charge more than advertised. They will not even send you anything. A better use of your money would be to throw it in the bin.

If you are reading these reviews and have already purchased, I am sorry. Your money is gone.

I had purchased a NASA bomber jacket without putting much thought to my action. The next day I saw the same jacket on Amazon for half the price. I requested a refund through email and was kindly granted the refund without hassle. I believe High Entity can become a great website -- their sense of style is appealing, just not the prices.

Be careful buying from them! I ordered something, but let it go back. High Entity wanted to refuse a refund because they said the shipment would have been delivered. I arranged an investigation with the deliverer and got a confirmation that the shipment was delivered to the SENDER. Now PayPal is also involved in the clarification.

Ordered a pair of running shoes from them. The soles of the shoe collapsed within 1 month of use. When I emailed them about the issue no one very got back to me. Terrible product, terrible customer service.

Will never buy from them again!!! I had ordered some jackets, took probably 5-6 weeks to finally arrive. They didn't even up fitting, so I had returned them. Flash forward 2 months, and I realized that I still had not received reimbursement from the return. They told me that I had to provide to them a tracking number from the post office, which they never let me know in the first place. Very unwilling to work with me on this. With that being said, I'll always steer the other way if I come across this company in future, and I suggest everyone else to do the same!!

Before purchasing, I'd sent them an email for inquiry. Never reply. Or maybe they can't understand a single word I was asking them. My items was put into the cart and replying me forcefully to quickly purchase & pay for the item in the cart. I reply them that to state my inquiry which you have no responded to. Suddenly they just stop & never reply. No size chart as guide.
