Whilst i may be a terrible customer at times this company has been very patient toward me - the service of this company is amazing and professional - they have had to order part and informed me of date to fix - very happy with server 10/10

Initial contact with Sarah was really good and we were able to get an appointment that suited our needs. On the day of the work itself, Felix arrived within the stated time slot and wasted no time in getting to work on the problem, although we'd identified an issue over the phone, he was able to think on his feet when it turned out to be something else. He was thorough in his work and polite throughout, would recommend for any jobs you may have.

Felix came to do the job. He arrived promptly with an excellent set of tools. Was pleasant and polite and did a great and very professional job.

We recently had a leak from one of our radiator pipes under the upstairs floorboards, which caused water to run down the kitchen wall. It also meant we were constantly having to top up the pressure in our new boiler. Martin from Highfield Plumbing and Heating came out and, within just half an hour, had the issue identified and fixed. Since then, the boiler has been running perfectly with no further problems. We’ve had great service from Highfield ever since they originally installed our boiler. They’ve always been reliable, professional, and helpful—and they reassured us that if we have any more issues, we shouldn't hesitate to get in touch. It’s great to have a local company you can trust. Felix understood straight away what the problem was regarding our shower and has done his best to fix it. He has done a great job and left it clean afterwards. Very positive from the start, called up to compare with other local plumbers, allowed us to send in photos to get a rough estimate rather than being told no we dont do quotes which is what I mostly got that day, despite them being busy managed to get us booked in and reasonably quickly at that, came out within the week and everything we need sorted, and one hiccup quickly sorted at our convenience, Martin who came out kept us constantly up to date with bits he was sorting and solutions had come up with to any issues, very positive experience throughout and will be using again when needed.

Fantastic service from start to finish!
We recently signed up for a boiler plan with Highfield and they were quick and efficient.
Our engineer Martin was fantastic, very polite and serviced the boiler, all finished and provided our certificate all before 9am! Amazing company
