Highland & Grampian Heating undertook our boiler service provided by our home emergency insurance cover. They were quick and efficient. We were pleased with their work, so also asked them to complete the annual boiler inspection at our flat. Again, they were accommodating and helpful. Recommended.

Really excellent service. Came around really quick, I sent some photos in advance so he had the correct part which he fitted and also whilst he was here fixed another heating wiring issue from a previous engineer getting it wrong. Altogether excellent, polite, and efficient. Really impressive.

Gave Highland Grampian Heating a call to explore options for a new heating system in the highlands. Peter shared a wealth of knowledge and ended up pointing me in the direction of a system that they don’t actually install (air source). I really appreciated that he had in mind what the best option is for us and didn’t just push for a product that he could make a sale on. Excellent customer service and a friendly, trustworthy experience.

I was extremely happy with the work done by Peter, Craig and Mark. Peter explained the job to me in detail and quoted 3 days for the work to be done. Over the 3 days Craig alone worked for over 30 hours. They started promptly at 0800. Explained any issues they had through the day and were clean, tidy and professional throughout. The finished work was excellent and Peter followed up after to make sure I was happy with everything. Couldn't be happier, highly recommended.

New Gas Boiler Installation. We selected the Vaillant ecoTEC plus 832 boiler with Smart Controls. Installation took place in one day, engineer was friendly, informative and tidied up after. Great customer service from Highland & Grampian Heating Services Ltd throughout the process.

Peter and Mark did the initial visit after phoning for an emergency call out. They were here within a couple of hours and after initial inspection, had sourced and ordered all the parts and Mark was round first thing the next morning to carry out all of the (many!) repairs to our boiler. Tidy and neat and very professional. Impressed with their knowledge and clear explanation was given as to what the problem(s) were. Would recommend them to anyone.

Needed my boiler replaced as it had broken down, good communication right from my initial contact, Peter came out the same day and measured up and explained everything, very friendy knowledgeable guy! Boiler fitted a few days later with no problems, very clean and tidy,professional from start to finish.

First class service from Highland and Grampian Heating Services, my 17 year old Vaillant boiler had been giving me issues over the last few months and was due a service. Mark did the service and suggested I might want to think about replacing the boiler due to age and condition, Peter did the Survey for a new boiler and was very impressed with his knowledge and suggestions. We’ve just had a new boiler installed in time for Christmas after our old one packed in at the worst time of year. Within an hour of our enquiry Peter responded and swiftly surveyed the work and arranged for our installation within 48 hours. The installers were a pleasure and the house has never been hotter!
