Exceptional service!

I’ve been working with Jake and his team for the last several months and the service has been exceptional in every way. Rather then just giving you capital and forgetting about you, Jake and his team truly care about you and your company. From asking questions to how my company is performing, to being there whenever for me whenever I need something. The thing that truly makes the difference is the connection established and the fact that everyone here genuinely cares, highly recommend working with them!

Liars!

Liars!! I was told by Adam Fox that his company would consolidate 2 other loans into one and guaranteed a 20% reduction in payment. All I had to do was make one payment and the very next day, the consolidation would be put in place. I was charged $1004 without being told ANYTHING about it and he told me that it was a "funds transfer fee", whatever the hell that means. The next day comes and he gives me the run around and then tells me it will be complete in the morning. The morning rolls around and he said that underwriting was requiring 55 payments before they did a consolidation, but that he fought for me and brought it down to 25 payments when that is not what he guaranteed me. I am now stuck with 3 daily payments!! I should've gone with my gut instinct. He told me that the investor was going to do the verification call, but to not mention the consolidation because that' was something they were going to do inhouse. LIES LIES LIES!!! Do yourself a favor and do not do ANY kind of business with these people. They will rip you off and not give it a second thought. About a week that this happened, another rep from this company calls me wanting to offer another loan, not knowing that I had one with Adam,. I emailed him what happened to me and you know what he responded??? NOTHING!! absolutely nothing. What can he say when he knows I'm right.

Hello Ms Magdalis Benite,

After our initial investigation into the mater we have discovered that Adam Fox did assist you in acquiring $13,000.00 on October 1st 2021. Adam has informed us that you planned on using the funds to repair two trucks that were currently out of operation. Additionally, he explained to us that you had inquired about a consolidation program, and he said he would submit you for that, but that you needed the immediate capital to repair the trucks, hence the $13,000 funding.
Following the funding, Adam had resubmitted you for a consolidation program as discussed, however, not only was this never guaranteed to be approved, but Adam specifically mentioned you would likely run into an issue due to a past Bankruptcy and your credit profile. Nonetheless, he did try and get you approved for a consolidation but ultimately your file didn't reach the underwriting parameters and was declined as that chance was discussed that there would be a high likelihood of being declined. Adam also mentioned that you wanted a guarantee in writing, to which he did not provide due to the fact that there was no guarantee for a consolidation. Overall from what we have gathered at this point, Adam had made no guarantee that the consolidation would be completed, rather he expressed his concerns about the reasoning why your file would possibly be declined, but still tried to get you into a consolidation as requested.

In regards to the $1,054.00, this was an agreed upon fee, both verbally, and signed via DocuSign, in regards to the $13,000.00 transaction on 10/1/2021.

My guy, Jaron Hickman was absolutely great to work with. His professionalism, honesty, and his passion for what he does is nothing like I’ve worked with before.

He’s very impressive, and you won’t regret working with him!
