Good range of whiskies and easy to use site. Lowest buyer's commission of all the auction sites I use and postage is not a complete rip-off (paid £28 as compared to £76 on a different site a week earlier for the same number of bottles!). Fast and secure delivery.
I would give HWA five stars had the default not been to pay £29 insurance, which I certainly would not have opted for had I noticed it. I'll know next time.
Nonetheless, my first choice auction site.
