Terrible customer service, ok coffee, not worth the price

After ordering I received nothing for a month, I emailed them and apparently the order had been returned back them. They then sent the order out and the bag arrived split open with beans falling out. I tried communicating with them to arrange a replacement (even offering to send the damaged one back) but they only said they don't do refunds and ignored my following emails.

On top of that the coffee is good but not worth the price at all
