Highper from China - Avoid this company
I want to tell everyone what awful experience and frustration I had with Highper company in China.
I order few scooters as samples with intention to buy a full container.
After agreeing what products and additional parts should be sent with free shipping excluding local taxes after one month they managed to make the order and sent it by freight. After a month the goods were in my countries port and then I have been told I need to pay additional taxes for the shipping and the problems started. Firstly they filled the documents wrong so I couldnt get my order from the customs and were charged for additional storage time (450 euros) then after paying my taxes I opened the boxes and found mostly everything wrong. Some parts were wrong color, some not for the product I ordered, others just makes no sense to be attached, missing the quantities etc.
Moreover when I contacted through email I was told that everyhting is as it should be (You wouldnt believe by reading what they say and how they solve the problems)
Be aware of Highper company. They also write their company name as Hangzhou Highper corporation limited.
I hope someone will read this letter before buying from them.
