Really good service and amazing product

First tried to use many months ago and had trouble paying as the Apple Pay part of the site is not working - I set up a MoonPay account but could not order for 24 hours so never got round to ordering. Fast forward to last Sunday I found the site again and thought let’s do this but for whatever reason I could not get the order to go through I was about to give up until I saw the WhatsApp link on the site and sent over a message the guys worked on the problem and we got the order brought and paid for. Fast forward to Tuesday and my delivery was dropped off by my postman and everything was as expected. So well done all at highrollers keep up the amazing work

Great experience dealing with High rollas. Order declined at midnight, sent an email and response back at 1am. Different payment method required - do not worry they have tutorials for all payment methods. Goods arrived next day. Well packaged and smell proof.

First time ordering, and it didn’t really go smoothly… I had trouble paying by Apple Pay, so ended up using Moonpay (already had an account, so no biggie). Order was processed, and shipped quickly, but Royal Mail really took the p*** 🤦🏼‍♀️ I reached out via what’s app, and they gave me my tracking number, which I used to track Royal Mail. I ordered on 8/01/26, and only received my order today (12/01/26) so it wasn’t 24hr tracked, turned out to be 96hrs!!! Royal Mail are an absolute joke, but this company is 100% legit, and shake that I ordered is 10/10.
