The speedy way you rectified the non-delivery of my original order was awsome

I saw MATTRESS MAID hand-held bed vacuum advertised on TV and instantly knew I needed this product. The online ordering system was very user-friendly and they let me know once my order had been despatched via Evri courier. Evri sent me the web link so that I could track my delivery. It arrived as promised within two working days. Having received Mattress Maid I striped my bedding and gave my mattress, pillows and duvet a thorough vacuuming/clean. It was easy to use and thoughtfully had a realistically long electrical lead so was easy to manoeuvre around the room. The amount of dust and debris it collected was phenomenal and immediately shocked me into planning regular use of Mattress Maid to ensure all my bedding is effectively cleaned & maintained. It can also be used on upholstered furniture. What an investment. I recommend this invaluable product to you all.

They are very helpful if you have a problem with any of their products, they are very nice, kind and helpful, generally a very good company and very good service and staff.

My order 6308741, was originally lost in transit by Evri!! (Say no more)
This was on the Sunday, I contacted High Street TV customer services as advised on their site, I spoke to Anna who was very sympathetic and professional.
She kindly sent me a letter to sign stating I hadn’t received my order by email, which I printed off and signed and returned.
Not 24hrs later my order arrived, delivered by DPD.
What a really excellent experience and service, well done High Street TV and DPD and of course Anna!!

After an unsuccessful delivery by Evri , H S T V sent me a replacement item within 24 hours with DPD. The service by HSTV , particularly Nimmy in Customer Service was excellent.

I needed a new power cord and battery for my Lawn Barber. Excellent telephone manner from the call handler and the rquested parts were dislatched speedily. Also the price was rwasonable.

I purchased a pressure washer which was really good but unfortunately a piece of the nozzle broke. I contacted the supplier to see if I could purchase the part. They are now sending a replacement part free of charge which is extremely kind of them. Excellent customer service and very prompt. Thank you very much

This company sent out a spare charger for my lawn strimmer when mine broke and I bought my original from another supplier.

Massively impressed here

First they told me that they had no record of my order several days after it was due to arrive. I sent them proof of my purchase. Then they told me it would arrive the next day and provided me with an Evri tracking number, which Evri said it doesn't exist. Then they told me I was typing it in error to which I informed them that I copied and pasted it. Took 3 days to cancel the order and get a refund. Absolutely terrible service. Would never recommend them to anyone.

I bought the bullet blender at a really great price (its awsome, I love it)
A little attachment was missing but i got a response very quickly after messaging them and they sent one out to me straight away. Thankyou for your lovely fast customer service. 👌

I ordered a Nutribullet blender. The order and despatch was very quick but unfortunately Evri delayed delivery for a few days. I needed a replacement and once again, the replacement was despatched almost immediately but Evri was late and so another one was sent. I ended up with two. So Evri are the weak link in the service unfortunately.

Phoned and ordered an Xhose. At no time was I told that you do not stock these any more znd that a different hose would be sent to me. However the operator was extremely pleasant and helpful. Hose arrived but did not expand once the water was run through it. Rang and was told that it could be returned and as I do not have a computer a return label would be sent to me and that it would be collected from me direct on Friday 17th July. Needless to say it is now 17.30 and noone has called to collect despite me being in the whole day waiting. Not impressed at all with the service
