Higlobe is doing really well to help freelancers write the receipts for their paid services.

It always takes too much time for the money to be available for withdraw. I lost 100 BRL today because of that, I received my money in the midnight and created the invoice right away, in the morning the exchange rate was higher but I couldn't withdraw the money yet... that's a deal breaker for me and the reason why I stopped using Higlobe, I need to be able to withdraw my money as soon as possible, specially when receiving in the last day of the month, otherwise it can mess with my accountability. I'm looking for another place that can provide me another US account so I can move there, I will only stay with Higlobe if something changes, it makes no sense at all this long wait time (and also I received a 0.4% spread opportunity)

Hi,
I did a withdrawal last Friday and for some internal error the money wasn’t send to the destination account and the account statement also not shown that transaction, however the money "disappeared" from my account.
To solve this issue I had to talk with support and then the money was finally moved to destination account two days after the action be executed (commercial time).

It would be helpful if the user could see when a transaction had some error, this info in the account statement or in a specific menu would be enough to be aware of what happened.

I was doing a withdraw from U$ to R$ and the U$ amount converted to R$ using the given displayed rate don't match with the R$ displayed amount. Using the U$ amount (minus Higlobe exchange fee) multiplied by the given exchange rate resulted in a number bigger then the R$ amount displayed.

Higlobe has a good and simple interface, which makes what we need to do easier. From creating the invoice to withdrawing, all steps are well described, making receiving the money easy and quick.

Why do I have to "write a receipt" that higlobe must approve before I get my money? If you just wait it out the money gets there, but still it makes no sense for them to "approve" me receiving my money from already vetted sources.

Also the website has been crashing a lot last week. I get the feeling that this website is mexican-owned but there's no clear information online nor on their website. Wonder how much gets shared with the mexican tax authority.

A lot of times I received success messages on my transactions but they failed.

I understand that the process need to validate some informations, but I believe that you guys can automate some things during this process to make the clients lifes more easy and fast.

I've been using Higlobe to receive money from USD to BRL, which is incredible. The spread is 0.5%, and there aren't any other fees, which is fantastic. It connects pretty well with Deel (The place where my client pays for my services). One good thing about Higlobe is the exchange process, which was finalized instantly, and the money was in my Brazilian account immediately. The velocity is not the only best part! I was using another exchange service, making me pay $5 for each transfer, and now I'm saving my money. Another feature that made me excited to be using Higlobe was the international pre-paid card, which opens a lot of possibilities. I fully recommend Higlobe! The account opening process and the get started process are really clear and fast.

I received my money, I kept it in the account without problems. And when I took it out the transfer was almost instantaneous, incredible.

Customer service is great, another level of attention, thank you Eva! The platform is still a work in progress meaning it has details to be worked on - clear instructions for the beginners when receiving their first payment and how to manage that first receipt from the company sending the money. The dashboard is pretty great but of course many things can be added. The really cool part is seeing the actual and always updated currency but it would be better to have an option to see it from the start not until receiving the money. In this case the exchange rate is a little more low than other platforms but that doesn't matter when experiencing such a great customer service. There is information that can be also given to better the dashboard, and being able to edit or delete stuff such as any personal information. Having the exchange rate from past transactions, etc. It would be really great to have an app and not only be able to use it through an internet page. I suppose that's being worked on. Other than these things I think the platform is really great and friendly, customer service is really good and overall it's a great way to have your money worth more from whenever you're receiving it.
