I have been ordering today from 5-6 different sites .
I was waiting for my email confirmation like all them sites sended to me in 10-20 seconds max ....
After what i have been reading here i'm not surprised why....
2020 and they are not specifying THE FACT THAT THEY WILL NOT SEND THE ORDER IN TIME UNLESS YOU GO TO THE HELP PAGE WICH IS 5 ROWS WRITING AND NO CONTACT NUMBER .
NO CONTACT NUMBER , NO EMAIL CONFIRMATION , JUST AN EMAIL ON THE WHOLE PAGE ! Niceeee :)

Joke or scam or both :) , i should have paid paypal so i could get my money back now .

UPDATE : I got my parcel after 2 days and nothing to complain , i found everything there but i did not believe that i will get my order until i seen it in my hands .
They answered my emails in a few hours .
I hope they will email people the CONFIRMATION AND RECEIPTS from the order , and have a contact number because it seems very "scamy" without one IN MY OPINION :)

I have been using Hihouse to order a particular cat food, it's the only one my cat will eat.
When i tried to place an order the other day i was unable to log in. I kept getting a message saying my account was locked. I sent an Email to the company explaining what had happend.
I received a reply from a lovely lady called Annemarie.
The IT dept couldnt understand why it wouldn't let me log in.
I was desperate for this order as it is the only food my cat will eat.
Annemarie very kindly sent me the company's bank details for me to pay for the order and she manually processed the order for me.
The order came the next day, and also the problem with the account was sorted out.
Annemarie went above and beyond to ensure that my little cat Katie didn't go hungry.
Thank you so much Annemarie, from me and Katie.

Ordered a fair few items. Three things missing when I opened the box. Not the first time either, when I first placed an order, missing items. Benefit of the doubt given and missing items again. It’s clearly a habit and I won’t be ordering again.
I would like a refund for my missing items right away as I’m not giving money away for nothing!

On Tuesday 26th May, I ordered an item for a birthday on Friday 29th May. I paid next day delivery at £6.99. I never received an email with confirmation yet my money has been taken.
I have emailed twice and left numerous chats to get an answer. All telephone numbers I could find (none stated clearly on website), did not work.
I am extremely disappointed that I would now like a full refund for the item and delivery. It is total unacceptable and horrendous customer service.

Do not ever order anything from this company. They are unethical. They delivered to me with the medicine with less than 2 months until the expiry date. No warning.
Update: Stop this useless customer service tactics. I contacted you before and you asked me to return the products. But I paid more than £6 for delivery in the first place and now I have to pay for return to you, too when your unethical way of doing business is not my fault. It is outrageous.

As it seems to be the only way to get them to respond I will also write a bad review for them on here! I placed my order on the 20th March. I have emailed them three times and still had no response, I have no idea if/when my goods are arriving and when I try ringing they just hang up rather than answering. They were quick to take the money out of my account though...
Just so you all know the reply was we've not got any stock and cancelled your order! Great...

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I have been trying to get in contact with them for the last few days. On the 24th March they had responded saying that my order has been dispatched. It is now 1st April, neither of my orders have turned up. I ordered my items on the 19th March and the 21st March yet still received nothing. i tried contacting the number, it kept cutting off. I have emailed them consistently and received no response. I understand that there is a lot going on in this current climate, but nearly 2 weeks to deliver items worth over £200? absolutely horrendous.

Whilst I realise the country is in chaos and there is a delay in receiving deliveries by 5 - 7 days. I placed an order 21/03/2020 - Order Number 000041968 and have yet to have an update on the delivery status currently showing as processing. Impossible to get a response from this company either by email or telephone ! ...PLEASE update with status of order or refund my payment.

I sent them 2 emails yesterday and one today asking them why I can't order another 18 pack of perfection flaked tuna for my cat like i did back in October no response which i am surprised after reading 5 star reviews very very strange looks like i will have to go somewhere else I will give them one more day to respond if not bye bye hihouse

I've been using HiHouse regularly since I discovered it back in 2016, on the hunt for a large amount heavy duty bin bags.
I'm a big fan of this company, the prices of their products really are the cheapest and their customer service team are extremely friendly and helpful. Any hiccups with stock shortages are flagged immediately with prompt refunds. I had initially started using them for bulk work supplies, but my family now uses them too. Looking over some of the negative reviews below I can only assume there was a blip in August last year as both before and after I have only ever had positive experiences with HiHouse. And I will continue to do so!
