This is the first time I have used HiiT kitchen on the recommendation of my son. I was very pleased with the quality of the food provided and also with the refrigerated packaging the food was delivered in. I will definitely use again.

Great meal delivery service, good quality and fresh. Highly recommend!

Packaging is great ..but there cooking instructions are so vague ..not a lot of food to choose from ..better if they were oven cooked not microwaved.

Simple and effective service and great food...

When my food parcel arrived upon opening it, some meal peeps had burst all over the bag.
Have since emailed pictures, tried phoning to make them aware to no avail. Rather disappointing

Everything is fine only for one thing. There was a hole in one of the trays.

The meals arrived on DPD on time , the meals looked like mashed potatoes and not very appealing .

The food was so bland and the rice was so hard. I would make better myself. So disappointing.

Just had my first meal and it was delicious
So handy that I can freeze them as ideal for taking to work with me to ensure I eat clean

I was happy with the quality of the green thai dish as it was dry and not very tasty. The Vegas were hard.

Food is varied and great! However, package arrived upside down from DPD in spite of clear labelling on box as to which way up it needs to be. DPD are notoriously reckless. Inside was not well-packaged, hence, one meal was split open but fortunately nothing fell out. I emailed Hiit Kitchen but nobody has bothered to respond. Due to quality of food, I would order again but CX is poor.

Unfortunately the seal on two of the 6 meals I ordered were broken upon arrival, despite the packaging and multiple ice bags. One meal didn’t arrive but I had an email on the day that a refund would be given. Unfortunately the meals were tossed around so much that they looked like a right mess and unappetising to eat. Good size portions but not tasty, will not order again sadly.

Packaging was excellent, food is perfect for lunches. Only thing is that the box was delivered to wrong address even though my paperwork inside box was correct.

My food arrived on time but the seal on two of the eight meals I ordered was broken. Also two of the meals I ordered were replaced by another option without letting me know or giving me an option. Not very happy

I was very impressed. All the meals were delicious & the best part is I didn't have make them.
