i ordered the x5, and never got it. it claimed that it made it to my city, but then got returned to sender for a bad address... which is odd since i have received deliveries at my address for over 2 years now. i tried to cintact them 3 times, and it wasnt until i told them i was going to dispute the charge that they emailed me back.

Don’t buy this product my brand new ute started having throttle issues and loss of power. Tried contacting them multiple times for a refund or explanation no response. Spend your money elsewhere.

Shitful service Ordered with Express shipping, Told me out of stock, Must come from china Told me 5-10 Business days, Asked for a refund! Denied said already Shipped 2 days later. And no express said there policy was 5-10 Business days But under there policy Clearly states if out of stock will offer Refund 1st, Which they did not! Shady Company! You Have Been Warned!!

Hike It USA. Hilatious! Nil stock in USA, shipping from China. Good one for the fantastic tariffs from the land of the free. Nil stock? To much to bring the things into the country more like.it.

I bought the X9 for my Ford Ranger PX2 XLT 3.2l Diesel and have been using it for about 18 months now. It just creates a beast on HI9 setting - that's launch mode! I tow a 3T caravan on SP9 setting combined with Sport Auto mode on transmission - fantastic towing combination. Around city I run on CO9 beautifully smooth and quick off lights, responsive. I was so impressed, I bought another X9 for my wife's Landcruiser Prado 150 3.0 Diesel - same CO9 around city beautiful and quick, responsive. Totally recommend the Hikeit X9 model.

I received my HikeIt XS this week. I'm not very impressed so far. The tracking website never showed the status and the order page never updated and just showed processing.

After installing the XS I found out the anti theft feature does not work at all (it looks like it locks but the throttle still works anyway).

Most of the modes are too jerky to be safe for low speed manuvering. The valet mode seems like it would make a valet wreck your vehicle because the throttle is unresponsive and then goes straight to 100%. It would have actually been useful if they set the maximum possible throttle in that mode to 50%.

Overall I'm not impressed with the results on my 5.7L Ram 1500 and will likely return the product and just spend a couple hundred $ more for a tuner with multiple power modes.

Bought an X9 for my wife's JKU and it made her love her jeep again. Drives like a beast. As soon as I bought my gladiator with a 6 speed transmission, it was one of the first things I bought for it to get rid of the sluggishness. It may not add HP, but it 100% increases the driveability and enjoyment of the vehicle.

Got the x5 for my v8 cruiser. Absolute night and day difference. Well worth the money. Improved driveability out of sight.

Just bought one for my 2014 f250 gas engine. Night and day difference. Only had it a week but I’m seeing a drop in fuel consumption and it’s set to cruise mode. In launch mode, it will spin the tires at part throttle. Never did that before. Highly recommend.

Amazing product! The X9 completely changed my Jeep’s performance on/off road. My only regret is that I waited too long to buy it.

Great product . Really happy with the difference it makes in my VE SSV Series 11 . Turned it into a rocket ship and great fun to use.

Got the X9 for a great price on sale, but it's worth full price. Totally reduced throttle lag, has multiple modes with program memory, and makes driving and towing my Pajero Sport so much more enjoyable. Excellent unit, looks great and does what is promised. Highly recommend the Hikeit X9.

I initially received the wrong unit. I got onto Andy and he identified the issue right away and organised the replacement.
Andy’s customer service was absolutely spot on.

Absolute joke experience.
Bought their junk product and it sent my car into limp mode with numerous errors.
I emailed them, no reply... called their office and left messages... no response.
Finally resorted to Facebook messenger and it took a day but I got a reply. Was sternly told that 'you're not our only customer' and offered zero solutions. Promised email responses, nothing arrived.
I started posting negative comments on FB and the scumbags blocked me! I now have zero resolution and a JUNK product.

Their website is lies as well... the only post the 5 star reviews. I posted similar to this and amazingly it isn't on their reviews.

Great Company to deal with. Had some initial trouble with a wrong unit but was quickly rectified (bought a unit not listed on catalogue, so no data)

Installed and wow what a difference made.

Thanks to Andy for sorting out the correct unit for me. Will happily recommend to anyone with flyby wire.

The service I received was excellent and the throttle controller is absolutely amazing. it has changed my Estima's driveability 100%. I will be recommending the hikeit to everyone.

Got my Hike It X9 installed and was immediately impressed. I was playing around with it on a long trip, trying out the different modes and the buttons stopped working. When I got home, I sent them and email and got an immediate response from Andy Truong. After a couple of emails with Andy having me try a couple of different possible solutions, he determined that the display/controller was bad and said that he would send me a new one. I had the new one in about three days. Installed it immediately and the system has been working great ever since. This is an awesome product and the customer service was exceptional!
