I ordered a pair of hiking pants last year. They were never delivered and on the tracking information it seems they were sent back to China. I have sent numerous emails to ask for an update or a refund and have yet to receive a reply. I regret not checking out the company and reviews before I ordered the pants. Stay away from this company

Only wish I had read these reviews before spending£50 on two pairs of walking trousers. As all the other reviews say , sizing is incorrect and when you send them back you have to send to Canada. I am now £66 out of pocket and no trousers. They will not answer any emails so please avoid at all cost.

After a couple of purchases from this company, I was fairly satisfied, albeit the goods took over a month to arrive. When you order, you get an email stating " Hi xxxx, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent and provide your tracking information. Please allow 1-3 days to receive this. " You think you'll get your purchase within 1 - 3 days but no. You'll receive your tracking information within this time. The order will come in some weeks. Mine have always come via "China EMS (ePacket)" which obviously come by sea.

However, my last order never arrived. After a few emails and 3 months after my order, I asked for my money back. I was told they’d get in touch with their supplier and get back to me. After 4 months and another request for my money back, I was told my order was ‘at the Post Office’ and given a telephone number to call. It does not exist. My next request for my money back was met with the response that my item had been delivered and there would be no refund. This despite there being no tracking. Making me out to be a fraudster.

This company appears just a conduit to take orders and send them to China, where they may or not be delivered. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered three fire glow lamps, they arrived perfect. On the strength of this I reordered but Received the wrong lamps, some were broken too... I contacted Joy who seemed to give a damm but after time this dwindled and she no longer answers her emails. I believe Hikingaction are supplied by China, once they (Chinese) are involved anything can arrive. I’d say it’s a scam but I feel they are victims of their awful suppliers. I won’t be using them again. I still have the wrong lamps and will be throwing them in the bin where they belong!

I've bought a few things from this company and so far, they have been great. My average rating is based on delivery time. The site should say this when you order.

Terrible cheap Chinese rubbish with no reference to sizing. I've requested a refund and this is the response:

We are truly sorry to hear that. Honestly, returning an item is a long process, it will take a month or 2, Is it okay with you to keep them and we'll give you a discount for the trousers you have. Please let us know. Thanks

I have received my order but the trousers are WAY too small. In the UK, I wear a size XL and these are nowhere near big enough.

Shocking service and I'm STILL waiting for a response to my email decling their offer of a discount.

Wish I had seen these reviews before.
Ordered trousers for trekking trip . Did not arrive and unable to track order before trip and no reply to correspondence. When returned as product poor size guide information and unwanted as returned from trip prior to delivery. Refund refused as it within 6 days whilst refunded in 24 hours of arrival. Extremely disappointing and poor service. Now have no product and paid for such rubbish service

I paid for express delivery as the product was a gift for my husbands birthday. I also paid for express delivery and this was over 4 weeks ago and I still haven’t received my order. After several emails they informed me that their delivery time was longer than what was stated on their website and they have apologised as they have had a high volume of orders but I am not happy with this service and would never use again.

Awful company - have not sent the items i ordered but will not countenance a refund. Avoid at all costs

This is my 3rd bad review - still haven't heard from them and they still owe me a refund - I am going to keep on doing this until someone takes some notice:-
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A CON!!!

Bought 2 pairs of shorts that looked great on the website and the FB advert but the reality when delivered was very different. Cheap Chinese rubbish the company is just a Canadian based reseller.
I sensed what I was dealing with and so took lots of photos before returning to the address they gave me. About a month later they were returned to me as “unknown at this address”. VERY DODGY!
Lots of promise of refunds but never delivered on them.
Full refund eventually via card chargeback but avoid these is my advice

Bought a pair of waterproof trousers for over £30. First time I wore them they were great. Second time I wore them water went straight through them. They aren’t interested in resolving the problem because I’ve had them for four months, even though I’ve only worn them twice.

Ordered two pairs of shorts, they were a good two sizes too small so I stuck them back in the envelope and returned them. The company said I should have returned them to Canada. So basically denying responsibility and I’ve lost £50. Buy elsewhere.

Came up as as advert on facebook. Advertised as a UK company. Actually it is based in Canada. Ordered a pair of shorts that looked ok in the pictures. Actually poor quality Chinese rubbish. Waited 3 weeks for delivery only to be disappointed by the product. Avoid.

I might be a bit premature, but ordering from this site suggests you are ordering in this country, but in reality you are ordering from abroad, which is fine if you are fully aware....not the case. So I'm told I've got to wait for another possible 2 weeks for delivery....I wanted these trousers 'now' in 2 weeks time spring should be well on the way....oh well they'll be there for winter 2019/20
