If you need anything in a hurry you're better off buying from somewhere else. Paid for a 150mm cordless grinder on 25th March and I've just received it today 1st May!
I did receive it and I'm happy with the product but like I've said if you're in a hurry go elsewhere.
ZERO absolute ZERO, placed order, no communications, then contacted they make up story about 7 days lead time on the order, then they say they are awaiting for stock.. AVOID.
Ordered a battery power tool from their website for an upcoming job at work, payment taken and notification received that DPD was the courier. Emailed two days later, only to be told the order had been cancelled by them due to a pricing error. No mention of honouring the order or the inconvenience caused. Now waiting for a refund. Won’t use them again and certainly wouldn’t recommend.
The customer service is non existent. Told we will get back to you within 24 hours via email and No response it's been 4 days. Try their phone number and you will be directed to a line that rings and rings and rings and then says "we're really busy please leave a voicemail & we'll get back to you. I've left 3 voicemails with my details and request for information. No reply, no call back, no response nothing. 'Sounds busy'... my order was meant to turn up today at the very latest, but still not here. The job I'm on has suffered as a result, not impressed doesn't even cut it.
