I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Tommy Hilfiger, both in terms of product quality and customer service.
I purchased a pair of Tommy Hilfiger jeans from the Stratford store and, despite choosing a loose size and only using them fewer than ten times within the first two months, the jeans ripped along the stitching in the pelvic area. This level of deterioration is wholly unacceptable for a premium brand that markets itself on quality and durability — especially considering I engaged in no strenuous activity, only regular walking.
When I raised this issue with the Stratford store manager, I was met not with support but with dismissiveness. I was directly accused of being dishonest and was repeatedly referred to the 30-day refund/return policy. This was despite the fact that the matter was raised approximately two months after purchase, in perfectly reasonable time for a manufacturing defect to emerge. The stance taken by the store was not only unhelpful but unprofessional, effectively shifting blame onto the customer rather than acknowledging a clear fault in the product.
It has now been eight months since that exchange, and my view remains unchanged: the product did not meet basic standards of quality, and the customer care I encountered did not reflect the values one would expect from an international fashion brand.
I write this review not for compensation, but to highlight a genuine issue and to caution others who expect both durability in products and respect in service when shopping with Tommy Hilfiger. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their jeans or the Stratford store.

I would give less than one star if I could. Bought a pair of leather shoes from what I assumed is a trusted brand. They ripped to pieces after one wear after paying €110. Customer service afterward was shocking. They offered a mere 20% refund to cover costs and then didn’t even give that as they said I did not respond to emails! Disgraceful behaviour from what is considered a high end brand. Not worth the time or money.

This company is nothing but a grift-store. They do nothing at all, but slap their logo on the cheapest possible items they can find, then increase the price 10x and sell it to people who don't know better. They are scum and needs to go out of business as fast as f'ing possible

Glitch in Tommy Hilfigre system
I was given egift card for $100 last year, but I forgot about it. Email says nothing about validity etc. When I tried to use it this year, it says, gift card balance is $0.09. When I rang customer support, they said $179.00 has already been used. There was mistake at Tommy Hilfigre system issuing same gift card number/code to 2 X Separate customers. It was inconvenience to get my money back where I had to spend my own time where it was not my mistake at all. They didn't offer any thing extra for my time. eGift card can't be used at shop, and you have to buy online only. Shop was giving 50% off and online was 40% discount which was loss for me. Very bad experience and loss for me.

I was really looking forward to my new shoes, having ordered a pair from John Lewis that were faulty, but the fit was fine.
Dismayed to find that the ones I received direct from TH were even worse! The printing was faded and leather detail panels weren't straight and not glued properly.
Tried to get help to replace/return, but the CS communication was awful. They lied about sending and having sent emails to me. I know my address was correct and of course I checked spam folders. Webchat was slow and one person cut off the chat very rudely. They really didn't care.
This incredibly disappointing experience has put me off giving any of my money to this company, even if the trainers were the most stylish in the world ... now they can get lost!

One of the worst company Tommy Hilfiger is. They took more than one and a half month to get my bag repaired. During this one and a half month they tortured me the worst way they could. Never provided me proper information of anything. I had to courier my bag to their so called mediator store Bagline Store, New Delhi and the way they treated me and asking for more and more time everytime I called them and at last they stopped picking my phone calls and stopped replying too and same things were happening on the Tommy's customer care mail. They never gave any satisfactory reply to me. At last when I called their customer care, I was shocked to hear their irresponsible behaviour and even misbehaved with me. I was in shell shock to get such service from a so called reputed international brand. Would never recommend anyone to go for Tommy Hilfiger.

Poor wear and poor customer service
We ordered a pair of leather lace up trainers/casual shoes for my husband for our holidays. They were only worn to travel there and home and then casually for the next 2 weeks. The sole has already started coming away from the outer rubber "bumper" on the bottom edge of both of the shoes.
I filled in the online contact form but heard nothing back. I would not recommend their products and their aftercare service seems to be non-existant
PVH Sweden and PVH Netherlands
PVH barnds Sweden and PVH brands Netherlands, please avoid if you see this names on the web site where you order. I ordered 3 items , 2500 sek. I opened their web site next day and I saw different prices, much lower than mine. So, by every customer rule, they should refund me, because was 800 sek cheaper.
P.S. they are late with my purchase and I am going on a vacation in a few days. I am totally disappointed .

I spent £139.50 on items that never arrived. Tommy Hilfiger refusing to refund me until I prove it! Instead, some random other order arrived. They are refusing to refund me because they want photos of the item that arrived so that they can investigate it. However, every time I send photos to their email address and WhatsApp address, they say I have not sent the photos.

Hi, l ordered a shirt from Tommy which was in stock when l ordered it otherwise it would have said to be told the next day once the order was confirmed and payment taken that my item was out of stock and a refund was given, WHY say it was in stock then !!! The most horrific experience I have had…
The most horrific experience I have had regarding retail purchases. I bought Tommy Hilfiger branded wrist watch from one of their stores in Toronto, brand new and in a box. I didn’t care to check if it’s working, after all it’s brand new and belongs to a brand, Tommy Hilfiger.
But that was my big mistake. The following day when I was ready for my trip, I put on the watch and discovered it wasn’t working. My trip lasted for three weeks. When I arrived back to Toronto and returned the watch to the store where it was purchased, they handed a phone number to me to call customer service. When I contacted customer service, they sent me a laundry list of all that I would send to them before they can either help me to fix the watch or replace it. Unfortunately, I could not find the purchase receipt but sent them my credit card statement that showed I made this purchase at their store, yet they refused to fix/exchange this wrist watch for me. So I wasted close to $180 on this watch because it never worked for one second.
I took time to document this to warn people to avoid Tommy Hilfiger because they have horrible customer relations. They do not care once your money gets to their hands. At least, never buy watch or any electronics from them. I will never again in my life patronize Tommy Hilfiger. I will also encourage anyone I know to be cautious about this store. Their customer service is horrible to say the least.

Run to the hills - ships from sleepyville Australia and takes many weeks to get to you. Temu takes 1/4 of the time from China. Website didn’t even explain it comes from sleepyville. Horrendous just don’t buy
