Neck massager dangerous for a person with a pacemaker and nowhere in the product description does it describe that restriction of use.
No hassle returns within 30 days is ridiculous because they do not want their product back nor do they intend to issue a refund.

A company of scammers,sent me a battery operated unit rather than a mains unit that I ordered,offered me $10 then$15 as compensation to keep the unit,as I paid with pay pal I will hopefully get a satisfactory outcome to this sorry tale,customer service is non existent,arrogant ,ignorant and disrespectful,certainly won’t buy any thing else from china/hong kong based companies,also using the the name ChicCharm,which is a different company that sells handbags !

The description of their Coolizi tower fan was that it would work like an air conditioner and cool the room. Totally not true! It’s just a regular fan, although sleek in design. It was completely overpriced and all I have is a fan! I was very disappointed with this company! It’s not accurate in its descriptions!

Awful Scammers, they must make a fortune. Product is total rubbish and they offer you a pittance, then tell you to send back to China, postage costs more than product.
They must be rubbing their hands together.
Lesson learned. DO NOT Buy from abroad.

They provide a " non-existent " email address
--there should be NO DOT after the word "com"
Therefore their email is INVALID.
Smacks of fraud.

Proceed with caution when ordering from this company. Read other reviews-indicating SPAM here. Terrible customer service. Bought a product, of course not knowing this was coming from China, waited 2 weeks for it. I paid $50 plus $10 in shipping costs. I get the product and then it is completely unusable, doesn’t function, and is not what was advertised. I request a refund and am told it will cost me $50 to ship back, would an $8 refund be acceptable. Really? $8? This is less than their shipping cost. Again, terrible customer service. Stick with Amazon.

Someone should shut this place down fast! They don't send, if they send you the wrong thing other than they advertise. Then if you want to return the item all the way to China it cost a fortune Then if you do get a refund you will only get maybe $15-$30 back. SCAM ALL THE WAY! Spent $179.98 on tower fans that you can get for $5-$10 at five below.

I ordered an air cooler/ conditioner which you top up with water. What finally arrived was a simple fan with no cooling mechanism. The returns policy is dubious and I have paid a huge amount for something I DON'T WANT!! Lesson: don't buy online unless you know the company!

If I could give this company less than one star, I would. Their products are completely misleading. It takes weeks upon weeks to get, they say 30 days money back, guarantee and then want you to spend $80 to $90 to return the product. They do not help you at all with the customer service end. Their disgrace and should be shut down.

Item I received was inferior and would not attach to any of my hoses. I was informed that I would need to return the item to China; however, the address on the package I received has an Illinois, US address on it. The company has offered an $8.00 refund for my $60.00 purchase, and they expect me to ship this piece of junk all the way to China. Totally unacceptable. Please DO NOT order from this company

I ordered a Coldeez Cooling Genie for my car and it doesn't cool down my car at all. Total waste of $59. I have emailed them many times to try and get a refund of this, and there's no response back from any of my emails. Not happy with this company at all. Scam.

Ordered the H Band smart watch. It arrived and seems to work however, most of the functions are not accurate. Blood pressure, glucose, ECG, Blood oxygen are not close. The heart rate and body temp are the only ones that actually are correct. I tried to contact them to return and they wanted to only give me $10, telling me it would cost $80 in return shipping. I paid $98 for the watch. DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE OVER SEAS AND OBVIOUSLY DON'T PLAN ON MAKING GOOD ON THEIR PRODUCTS

That I can buy from 5 below. And of course to send back you have to pay the shipping to Hong Kong. Which is more than I paid. WTF

On May 30th 2025 I ordered a special mug for my sons 13th birthday on June 17th. Today is Friday June 20th and I still have not received my package.
Track Package states that it should have been delivered on June 19th.
Terrible delivery service will never use this service again.

Absolute scam company. Followed their rules to get refund of money for a Christmas present. Had to send to China (even though it was shipped from the US originally) which was very expensive (one way to dissuade returns) then they returned to sender the merchandise. The address was what they gave me so months later after the merchandise arrived back here I can’t resend because it’s past the return deadline. What a total rip off and scam. DON’T DO IT!!! Shop elsewhere.

This company is a scam. The ad states that there is a 30 day refund policy. They don't say that you have to pay the shipping all the way to China! The product absolutely did not work. I bought the laser treatment for toe fungus.

This company is a scam and should be shut down immediately!! Their product are of extremely poor quality and if you need to get a refund, you have to send the product back to China which is at least $200 and more than the product is worth.I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and reported them.

Bought the overpriced ear cleaner pro. Cheap plastic. Ear tips don’t even fit properly in the ears. I will never buy from a company like this again. False advertising and a complete ripoff. It’s disgusting that companies get away with this.
