Happy with service
Really happy with the service from Manu and the team. They arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and did a great job with the installation. Everything was fitted neatly and works perfectly. They also cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything looked spot on before leaving. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality work and great customer service.

Had blinds installed
Had blinds installed. The binds are badly fitted and perhaps measured. We can see outside over the blinds and outside down the sides. Some do not close properly or stay closed. They drilled 16 holes in my window board and the fittings keep popping up from the window board. 4 weeks has passed now and no one has called to look at these dreadful blinds. One blind appears to have been cut at an angle. If I am reading my book I have a line of light across the pages when the blind are down. Their apparent lack of concern we find insulting.

Fantastic company to deal with
Fantastic company to deal with. Made ordering blinds very easy! From start to finish, the rep, Mike gave me advice on different types of blinds and suggestions. I placed my order and the blinds arrived soon after. When Mike and his assistant came to fit them, they were in and out very quickly with no mess left behind. Very efficient and tidy, I would highly recommend Mike and Hillary blinds

3rd time not lucky
This is my 3rd dealing. The first was a disaster where the advisor installed 9 blinds which did not fit. As a result they were removed re ordered and fitted properly by a different advisor. Full order took over 5 months. 2nd order of curtains was great no issues. 3rd order advisor would not respond to calls or texts. Curtains were fitted at different heights and widths. Over 200mm is the difference between 2 windows. My advice to anybody is to get a review on the advisor you will be working with. The products are great, the advisors not so much.

My order wasn't uploaded to their…
My order wasn't uploaded to their system. It was left to me to chase it up. Email said that 10% of order was required, I was told that I had to pay in full as it was under a certain amount, I only ordered 1 blind. Email never stated this. Man eventually arrived to fit the blind. One part is broken, I am waiting for him to come back.
