Awful Service
Decent quality product but awful service. Took three attempts at e-mailing them before they responded. The guys who delivered the gate were the grumpiest, unfriendliest people I've dealt with in a while. They made me feel like I was really ruining their day by making them do their job and deliver something to me.

Visited today and absolutely no help at…
Visited today and absolutely no help at all. No experience in fences and had a quick conversation and thought I knew what the adviser was talking about. Made it quick and could obviously not bothered. Guy sitting on the left till mid 50’s. Guess it’s his position. Do not approach has his mind on other things and not the customer. Went to Millhouses fence’s and 100% more helpful. Don’t waste your money guys.

Great service and prices, again! Needed some wood I knew I would get from HF then off to B&Q for some tools only to find they had them stocked in HF (and cheaper) try HF first and save time and money. Many thanks.
