Plant order
I ordered two small plants in pots. They arrived extremely well packaged. The plants were fine. No compost had come loose. Plants were fine absolutely no trauma to them. Very happy. Will definitely recommend these guys.

Disappointed
I placed the order on the 19 December and paid extra for first class to get the order before Christmas or at least close to Christmas. But I then received an email to say that it will be shipped on the 2nd of January. I think they should make it clear on the website that from the 19th no order will be shipped for the rest of the month. They could have refunded me at least the first class mail since it would not arrive within two days.

It is disappointing that you felt the need to post a 1-star review with us. On the 17th December 2023 I updated our website homepage stating our website was now closed during the Christmas period, and that any order placed during this period would be shipped on the 2nd January. I also emailed you, as you have stated, to let you know I would be shipping on the 2nd January. I would have happily posted the item, at your request if you had contacted me, but I wasn't to know you wanted it promptly and I also didn't want to risk shipping a live plant 5 days before Christmas in case of any hold up and then it arriving late and in poor condition.
