Excellent quick service, did a side window for me spent more time cleaning up than fitting very impressive

Work carried out by Hilton windscreens, as a third party provider through insurance company. Very easy service to use. Proactice communication from them - I didn't have to chase for an appointment. Friendly helpful staff at the Sittingbourne location. Many thanks.

The guys were both extremely helpful and friendly. Hilton even called to offer an earlier slot due to a cancellation.
The only downfall is that Hilton Windscreens doesn't show on the Unit board at the entrance, which meant me driving round confused trying to find them but Hillton directed me from his mobile. Well done lads!

Very pleasant staff who got me booked in very quickly at a time that suited me. Work was carried out to high standard and well within the time frame given for the job. They even made me a lovely cup of tea while I waited, not out of a machine!

My experience with this company was excellent from start to finish. The customer service team were polite; well cultured and professionalism was at its utmost level.
Had my windscreen replaced and calibration on the 20th at Purfleet Essex,
It was executed very well and very fast within 30mins estimated time by them it was done.

Very quickly dealt with and although i had an issue with the setting of one wiper blade, this was dealt with very quickly by an engineer visiting me at home (he even cleaned all the dead flies of the screen).
Always good dealing with independent companies.

Sittingbourne

Had my windscreen replaced here today, 3rd one this year sadly and the booking process was excellent via national windscreens but once I had emailed the branch Amy at Sittingbourne was super helpful and got me booked in within a week. They have now upgraded their small waiting area with a small desk and give customers access to wifi which enabled me to continue with my work as the phone signal around the unit is dire. Another happy customer, thankyou.
