The price of the vinegar that I was buying was £9.40 for 10 litres. However before I'd realised it, they'd included an extra £15.99 for delivery! At first they tried to say it was because I wasn't in mainland UK. Then they said it would cost more for remote locations! I live near Galashiels, just 30 miles south of Edinburgh! Tried to cancel immediately but the purchase went through! Very poor. Won't use this retailer again! I try hard to avoid using Amazon and use smaller retailers but I wouldn't have had this problem with them!

I experienced a delivery issue with FedEx, but Himalayan Salt Direct went above and beyond to resolve it. Their team not only sorted everything quickly but also followed up with genuine care, calling me directly rather than relying on email alone.

Appalling communication. Ordered on line, received tracking information but after a week no delivery. Called 5 times, no answer and no way to leave message on automated system. Emailed but after 3 days no reply.
