I have just recently graduated from Himalaya Yoga Valley's online 200hr Yoga teacher course and it has been the most AMAZING experience! From start to completion the team were encouraging, supportive, informative and inspiring! I am a primary teacher myself and have engaged in a lot of additional training and can say that this training far exceeded any previous training I participated in. The course is so well-thought out and planned and allows a busy, working mum, time to study when convenient to her. The additional free access to Alaya's wonderful yoga classes was so beneficial and greatly increased both my knowledge and experience. The teachers are fantastic and I really felt like they were cheering me on! Eveanna's subsequent marketing course is inspiring and hugely motivational. I just couldn't wait to start my new Yoga adventure in business! Thank you, Go raibh míle maith agaibh, to Himalaya Yoga Valley for everything they have given me... Convenient online training format and high-quality instructors!

Himalaya Yoga Ballincollig is the most welcoming yoga studio. The instructors put me at ease since my first class.
Every teacher offers such a varied style of teaching and each put their all into every single class.
Parking is always available outside and the monthly passes are very reasonable. There are a huge variety of classes available for all levels so you really get value for money here.

I would recommend this studio to anyone.

2021 brought a new experience- yoga! And I am indebted to the absolutely wonderful yoga teachers at Himalaya Yoga Valley. They have made it an uplifting and zen online experience. Not an easy feat. I am enjoying it immensely with the added bonus of an improved posture. Even my two rescue dogs have benefited!! They zone out while I do my online yoga sessions. Thank you to all the teachers at Himalaya Yoga Valley for sharing their gifts.

Fantastic selection of live online classes AND a video library for times live classes do not suit! So no excuses not to get to a yoga class.
